The mechanic took his time and showed me the ball joints going bad before he put my new tires on. He also recommended tires in same price range and traction I had picked out with more mileage. I can't thank the mechanics for an excellent experience. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Jamie. I took a vehicle to get a pre-purchase inspection and I was treated very well. Jamie took the time to show me everything he noticed while the vehicle was on the lift. Staff was intentional to get you in and out in a reasonable time and wasn't trying to squeeze money out of you. If I lived closer I would definitely get my vehicles serviced there regularly.

Showed up without an appointment right before closing time for a tire repair and the guys took care of me. No questions no hassle no attitude. Goes a long way in my book. Much appreciated gentlemen!

Told me one price over the phone and it ended up way more than quoted. Called and was told they could adjust it due to the miscommunication, then didn't and now refuse to rectify it. I want to say the workers themselves are very nice, the company practices and customer service is just awful.

I had such a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire on Oregon Pike! I’m always a little leery going into auto repair places because you never know if you’re going to be pressured into things you don’t need or taken advantage of. I’m SO glad I trusted my gut and came here! Lu helped me the most and was amazing. He helped me with the billing and took the time to go over everything with me so I could figure out what worked best for me. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, which honestly means so much when it comes to car repairs. I also want to give a shoutout to Jaime, Angel, and Mohammed in the garage. Even though I didn’t work directly with all of them, every interaction I had with them was so kind and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable being there, which I really appreciated. I went in nervous about trying a new place and left knowing I found my new car place! 😂 I’ll definitely be back for all of my vehicle needs. Thank you guys for making something I normally dread such a positive experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
