Traveling through the area on the way to a meeting and ran over a screw, which cause a slow leak. They got me right in, patched the tire, and got me back on the road within 30 minutes. Service was great and the employees were super friendly.

So I came here bc my brakes needed done & my usual garage was booked. Originally was scheduled for brakes & rotors for the front end of my car. Once it was taken back they told me the passenger side caliper needed replaced & the brake lines flushed, all in all costing me nearly $800. As a woman taking her car in by myself, not knowing much mechanics, & being 8 months pregnant, I wanted to trust what I was being told & who was doing the work on my vehicle. After I got my car back, I could still hear some strange noises, similar to what I had heard when I brought it in but I let it go thinking it was just the new brakes making that noise. Fast forward 10 days later, the noise got louder & absolutely sounded like metal on metal grinding like how it originally sounded. I brought it in & both the original guy, Andrew, that worked on my car & another mechanic, Jay, looked at it. Jay test drove it & immediately confirmed my suspicions that my brakes weren’t done right. When he inspected it, the pins weren’t greased, a clip was missing on my passengers side brake pad & the brake needed to be replaced on the passenger side. It was clear my car wasn’t serviced right the first time, which is infuriating, & to top it off Andrew kept blaming the parts for being “faulty” instead of just saying it wasn’t right. Jay fixed it up, Andrew test drove it from there & while he was handing my keys, mentioned my passengers side caliper could be faulty. WHAT ISNT FAULTY?! Honestly I’ve talked to other mechanics about this issue & they agreed, parts don’t come faulty & calipers rarely need replacing. I appreciate Jay for helping me out & fixing what he could but I feel ripped off from my original visit. Was my caliper actually needing replacing or was it never replaced????? I put my trust, my safety & my car into the wrong hands originally & I couldn’t be anymore frustrated & furious. If I hadn’t gone back & had a different person look at my brakes, my safety, my unborn child’s safety PLUS my older sons safety would be in jeopardy.

He kept me updated throughout the entire process while my vehicle was being worked on and took the time to clearly explain everything that needed to be done.
