  I called ahead to the Embassy Drive location to ask if they could check my tire, since I was pretty sure I’d run over something. They told me that if I arrived by 4:00, they’d be able to fit me in. While I was waiting, I watched another customer who had been promised his vehicle at 2:30 — and by 4:30, there was still no progress. The manager, Zaid, said he’d check on the vehicle and be right back, but instead the staff paused their work to high‑five and chat with an off‑the‑clock employee. Meanwhile, that customer — who had driven 90 minutes — had already been waiting over two hours. When Zaid returned, he apologized, but the customer explained he had confirmed at noon that the part was already in. Zaid then said, “It depends when we get the part in,” which directly contradicted what the customer had been told earlier. By 4:45, I decided to leave and called the Columbia Avenue location, where they immediately said they’d wait for me. I genuinely felt bad for the man still stuck there — after everything he experienced, he shouldn’t have to pay for service under those circumstances. Zaid needs to be realistic when giving customers start and end times. People plan their work schedules, childcare, and transportation around the information they’re given. Inaccurate timelines and false assurances aren’t just inconvenient — they’re disrespectful and dismissive.

  Service is ok.. took my car for an inspection knew I had bad tire sensors as the tires are 5 years old. Asked for a tire rotation. Didn't get it my tires are still the same as they were when they were taken in as I have marks on my tires (different colors) to ensure they are rotated. Same thing happened to my husband he needed two new tires. Asked them to rotate them.... again rotation never happened but it's on the bill. Also I was told my battery is weak. I let my car sit for two days and tested it cold. Battery is 100% fine. Not exactly sure what the end game is but reason why my tires are in the shape they are after 5 years is not only cause I don't drive thousands of miles a year but because I keep them rotated. And the fact this didn't hapoen is a issue to me as it causes uneven wear, shortens tire life and reduces road safety. That's a red flag to me.

  Blew a tire and needed immediate replacement. 3 other tire centers did not have my size tire in stock. Mavis did! Zaid and Steve were AMAZING! Very kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. We were in and out in under 30 minutes! There's a reason they have so many good reviews! I'll definitely go there again for my tire needs.

  Went for a slow leak on my tire. The turnaround d time was fast. They did a thorough job and inspection on my brakes. There was no pressure. I also left my wallet in the car while they worked on it and it seemed to be not touched at all. That’s enough to give them 5 stars. But the service was great and courteous.
