  Always a good experience here. Casey has helped us out several times now. Always takes the time to explain everything going on, what they’re going to do, and by when. I never feel like they’re forcing anything on me either.

  Went to Mavis the other day and an employee named Zaid was Great! Helped me with everything I needed and recommended me a few things to improve my cars longevity. I will definitely be back.

  $175 for 1hr of labor had no chips or anything on tire begin with. I know as I had ed shop check tires when I went yesterday see em see if I need new tires prior getting it inspected.Then told rotors are worn when I look it had rust on top not on plate which is easy fix. Manager went from $585 I said no he said I make you deal $375 which I regret. He offer show me worn pads and chip tired and windshield wiper he said he took $70 off I let em know I get army discount. I regret not doing this myself and saying yes. Rotors were place last year with ceramic pads. I know because their mechanic at south queen location did em. Supposedly within a year of placement all is bad also have less then 68k mileage on car so I know I didn’t add 10k miles. I dislike when they try show me the things in the back to show me worn pads and a tired which passes inspection as piece tear but not worn out still basically pass. Only thing good was wipers I got check size. If inspection is $55 and brake pads and windshield wiper took 1hr labor was $175 I should’ve done it at home unfortunately was in time squeeze. Very disappointed at pricing manager says look at all the people there was only 2 people in store which he somehow consider a lot. So am discontinuing future services and my wife cancel her appointment.if you want better prices for parts and labors there are other shops such as ntb,ed shop,Ricky shop by Jp mcaskey my dumbass decided remain loyal and I ended paying more than original. I just let manager know I am no longer going there settle my bill and left. As nothing talk about as am charge what am charge and I agree to it because of time so it’s my fault for not making time in another day to change pads and wiper which would taken me less than 45 minutes that’s what happens when you get lazy you end up paying silly prices that don’t make a lot sense.anyways wish everyone best of you want try em I don’t discourage them but wish you best luck with your bill specially labor. Oh by the way when I was on the phone wipers was told were $26 not $42.36 each as the paperwork says. So i completely gave up after this lie. As if you lie to me about one thing bet you there’s other things. If anyone needs cheaper shops get parts and labor please feel free reach out.

  All 4 tires on my vehicle needed air. I want to thank Steve and Zade for immediately coming to see if I needed assistance. They encouraged me to relax in the vehicle while they made sure all tires were taken care of. They also provided several caps. This was an awesome experience at the Embassy Dr location. Thanks so much!!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire, thanks to Zaid. He was very kind, professional, and helped inspect my car thoroughly while keeping the cost affordable. I was extremely frustrated after dealing with another shop before coming here, but Zaid completely changed my experience. Not only did he provide the service I needed at a fair price, but he also made me feel confident that this is the place I can rely on for future car services.
