  Car was towed around 1 am picked it up at 8am, 6 hours and some in a lot was $321. NO listed fee anywhere. “ Under Pennsylvania state law, towing operators and storage facilities are legally required to post their towing fees, storage/related service fees, and business hours in a place where customers can easily see them.“ via the Pennsylvania towing and storage standards act. The only rates displayed at the front where I had to pay for my car back is hertz oil fill up. They do random checks in non uniforms late night with 3 grown men, as a young woman this is very unapproachable and I felt unsafe.

  Pete went above and beyond for me when I dropped in without an appointment. He made sure to thoroughly explain everything I needed to know and also was super kind and helpful all during a severe thunderstorm. He went out of his way to see that my baby and I weren't getting drenched. I don't mind the drive to get there because their service has always been top notch.

  Illegally towed my car. Was late to work. Returned my car with a broken front bumper. There was no contact info from the shop, no contact info for the driver, I had to get the info from my buildings management to find who was accountable, they did a hit and run essentially. I don’t even know how these guys aren’t in jail let alone still in business. My claim is worth over 2 grand. When I called the shop they said the “CFO” would reach out, yet to hear anything yet!

  I’ve been getting my vehicle inspected here for the last 4-5 years and never had a negative experience. They always call with concerns before doing the work and I’m never had felt like I was being ripped off, I’ve actually been very happy with my bill from them every time.

  Sons car was towed in the night due to an accident called the following afternoon to pay to get car and they wanted to charge 675 dollars for a vehicle that was not even in there lot for 14 hours. What a scam thats unreal what there doing. How businesses like this stay in business is unbelievable
