  They towed my daughter's car and there wasn't ANY SIGNS saying NO parking! I go to King's to tell them she was parked legally! They it's on the lease which my daughter is not on and wasn't told by anyone there's no parking. I call the property manager and it's a NON working number! It's not a ticket so I can't contest it and had to pay $350 to get her car back!! This is criminal and basically stealing her vehicle and have no choice but to pay to get vehicle back. Then she called for the guy's in the garage to come up front and try to intimidate me! This is the shadiest place I've ever seen. It's set up to steal college kids money and you're not able to do anything about it. The most dishonest people I've ever seen and they're making a killing over stealing these vehicles. They're not even honest enough to post SIGNS in a area everyone parks to make people aware that if you park there they will tow it! They just prowl around that parking lot to make money. I've never seen anything like it!! Should be ashamed of themselves from stealing from people especially college kids.

  Jose and Barry came through for me in my time of need! I needed to get my car moved in a pinch and they responded immediately, and gave me a very fair price for the service they provided. Brought me to literal tears. They were very professional, and got my car moved in less than 20 minutes! Thank you Jose and Barry! If you need towing services definitely reach out to them! 10/10 highly recommend!

  Absolutly horrendous company. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. My 18yo daughter drove from sc to lancaster to visit family and my car was towed at an apartment complex my brother lives at. They have marked spots for visitors and they said it was the single spot where directly infront of the sign. Driver was beyond unprofessional and rude to my daughter not to mention the tow charge is far beyond reasonable charging 400 dollars for a simple tow. Stand very clear of this company

  Have called on multiple occasions and they never came. First time I called and they told me to wait an hr and call back if the car hadn’t moved. They still never showed up. Second time they were called and never showed up.
