  The did an alignment and rotation on my truck. They found problem areas that would have been a disaster down the road. They were very kind and efficient. Will absolutely go here again. Thank you! Luis Rivera did the work on the truck

  Easy to schedule an appointment online. When we arrived I noticed how clean the business was. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We dropped our car off and they called during the inspection with suggestions of things that would need done due to mileage, offered to schedule those services while the car was there but never pressured us into anything. Very reasonable rates. Would definitely recommend to other and will be return for any future car related services.

  They were friendly and efficient. They let me know when I had an appointment booked through a dispatch they were not available at the time and let me know before I arrived. This allowed me to run other errands. Since I value my time I valued their transparency. Really nice people and great price. I’ll be back.

  Had a great experience at Jack Williams Tire & Auto Service Centers. They were very quick with the service and got me back on the road in no time. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Everything was handled smoothly, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend!

  I see there are a lot of reviews for this location. I am glad to see that others do get treated right. I called this morning to get a quote for an AC recharge on my truck. The price was fair so I set up to come in later the same morning. I asked if they would change my oil and was told they could. I asked how much, I was told a price and when I questioned it, I was told they could apply a 20.00 coupon to bring it down to 79.95. I agreed to this and went to the location to drop my truck off. I was greeted and everything was set to get done. I left for a while as they said it would be about 2 hours total. No big deal. I arrived back a little before the 2 hours was up and was greeted with, we found a few things. I was first told that they could not do my AC, apparently I had a type of AC freon that hey had no machine for. Okay then asked my self, then what else could it be? I was told that i needed front struts and rear shock, a new battery and wipers. I came in for my AC that they could not do and to do my oil change apparently you take all for tires off and need to check my battery and wiper bladed to do. Now in his defense he showed me the shocks and struts and I wont argue there is visible signs of them needed some attention, but I went in for my AC and this is where it went. After he gave me a quote, not sure if it is good or not, but any chance he had of me considering his off when went out the door with a comment of "whatever" when he was taking to the other guy behind the counter about me not wanting to pay 2000 dollars today when I was planning on then doing my AC. Then the tip of the ice burg came when I checked out to pay for my 79.95 oil change. When he tells me 139 I asked what exactly did I pay for that it was that much. I asked about my 20 dollar coupon. He went back to the machine and he said 89. I said that was more like it. He rings it up and it comes up as 121.00. At this point I was just ready to get out of there. I had enough of this and I did not want to make a scene. It was not worth it. And to my amusement I was asked to give them a good review. He handed me his card as though he was serious. I left the card. I am sad to have not had the same experience that other patrons have had. I did have a good experience at the Mavis location on Columbia Ave. So I will chalk this up to the location and not the brand.
