  Excellent service, they took me in last minute for an inspection, helped me with what was needed in my vehicle in order to get the inspection completed and went over everything. I am beyond grateful and satisfied with their customer care and service. Recommended 100%.

  I cannot say enough good things about Terry. He has been taking care of me and my SUV for over 6 years, and in all that time he has always been honest, patient, kind, and incredibly dependable. Finding a mechanic you can truly trust is rare these days, and Terry is one of those people who genuinely cares about his customers and their safety. No matter what issue I’ve had with my SUV, Terry has always taken the time to explain everything clearly, never making me feel rushed or taken advantage of. He is patient, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. Not only is he an amazing mechanic, but he’s also just a genuinely good person. His kindness and professionalism have kept me coming back year after year. I recommend Terry to anyone looking for someone honest, hardworking, and trustworthy to take care of their vehicle. My SUV and I are both grateful for him!

  I have been going to Jack William’s Tire and Auto for over 35 years. I trust Terry Theal and his team for their honesty and work ethic. I just went in for an oil change and mentioned a noise and asked them to check my axles out while doing a regular tire rotation. It turned out one of the rotors was affecting my brake pads. Thank goodness they discovered this since I do a lot of long distance driving. I highly recommend their professional staff , honesty and customer service. I never take my car to the dealer and always depend on JWT. You should too!
