  I wanted to THANK all of the staff at the manheim pike location for the top notch service. Vehicle was cleaned and brought to me with very clear instructions on the vehicle and rental procedure. Family atmosphere was so appreciated. Everyone I encountered was so professional and of EXCELLENT MANNERS. Thank you again!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

  I recently left a highly disappointed review for the Enterprise location on Winchester Road in Lexington (Kentucky), where my corporate reservation was downgraded without a proper rate adjustment, forcing me into a 9-hour drive under frustrating circumstances. However, returning the vehicle to the Manheim Pike team in Lancaster completely restored my faith in Enterprise. The level of professionalism here is unmatched. They were incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating. The entire team here consists of true, service-oriented professionals. A special shout-out and heartfelt thanks to Luis (or Lewis), who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Thank you for turning a frustrating trip into a wonderful experience! You guys are amazing!

  I am so happy I chose Enterprise for my recent car rental for a family vacation! Jaiden L. at the Lancaster Airport location gave me excellent customer service! When the original car type I requested was not available, Jaiden offered an alternative that worked out better than the originally requested vehicle! The vehicle we received was clean and brand new! Jaiden was kind, helpful, and working hard to meet customers’ needs both when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle. I appreciated his kind and professional service. I will not hesitate to use Enterprise for my car rental needs in the future!

  Booked my rental car in April for a trip to Florida with a flight returning. Trip in June, day of pick up literally 5 mins before I was at enterprise they called me to tell me they didn’t have any suvs in stock… the employees were very unprofessional. They knew that we were screwed and had no compassion or didn’t try to resolve any issues. They used to be my go to rental place, but I will never ever go there again!

  Would give zero stars if I could. I made a reservation weeks in advance and not only did they not have the car I reserved, they didn’t even have an additional similar option. When they called nearby enterprises, the staff member started making happy hour plans with the other employee on the phone instead. Then the only car they did have which was completely different than what I Reserved, it was dirty, in poor shape and reeked of weed. I couldn’t drive it for more than 30 minutes before I had to stop at a different enterprise to switch it out. The person on the phone for the other enterprise said that they did have cars similar to what I initially reserved. However, when I got to that enterprise, they in-fact did not have what they said they had. Highly DO NOT recommend. I will never use enterprise again.
