  There should be a no star option for how careless employees are. Had a reservation to pick up 10-9-26 5:30pm. Clock out at 5pm from work to find a message stating the vehicle I reserved is no longer available… 30 min before pick up you call me to tell me it’s not available? But if I had to cancel or had an emergency I need to modify or cancel within 4 hours?! Then I start driving to the location on hold and finally speak with someone as I’m pulling up stating they had an x5 available at the manhiem pike location all I needed to do was show up. I get to the Manhiem pike location as I’m waiting in line they give someone the vehicle I was suppose to pick up( ex mayor or not) no reason I was told in person the cars ready for me to pick up and I get to the location and the car is given away. Then the vehicle they try and give me I NEED A CREDIT CARD!. So not only was I not told I needed a credit card, I was also told that only a select few locations accept my card and that their location didn’t accept it but the Columbia ave store does. So now I’m stuck with no vehicle at all and I have a wedding I need to be at by 10am Saturday and that I now will have to miss due to multiple inconveniences. I will be expecting a response by Someone higher up. This is highly unacceptable to give me a runaround an hour later now I’m stuck with a wasted reservation and no vehicle that I reserved 2 weeks ago like what? Ridiculously unprofessional.

  Excellent, engaging staff. Cars always super clean, owner’s manual always there. I will always come back to the one on Columbia ave in Lancaster. Staff also patient and kind when answering questions.

  Update: Finally able to get help for the family. The manager apologized for the problems and made it right. Thank you to Jaelinn and Donna in customer service. This place used to be good. Nope. They don't care about people at all! The don't follow their own policies and violate the ADA. Never go hear unless you want to be hassled and treated like garbage. 🤷🏼‍♀️

  I just returned my rental from Enterprise and wanted to say how smooth everything went. The reservation process was easy, and when I arrived they had my car ready right on time. The vehicle was in excellent condition — clean inside and out, full tank of gas, and drove perfectly. Special thanks to [Staff Name] at the front desk who was super patient and made sure I understood the insurance options. No pressure, no upsells, just honest service. It’s nice when a company does exactly what they promise. Highly recommend this location!
