  Excellent, engaging staff. Cars always super clean, owner’s manual always there. I will always come back to the one on Columbia ave in Lancaster. Staff also patient and kind when answering questions.

  Update: Finally able to get help for the family. The manager apologized for the problems and made it right. Thank you to Jaelinn and Donna in customer service. This place used to be good. Nope. They don't care about people at all! The don't follow their own policies and violate the ADA. Never go hear unless you want to be hassled and treated like garbage. 🤷🏼‍♀️

  I just returned my rental from Enterprise and wanted to say how smooth everything went. The reservation process was easy, and when I arrived they had my car ready right on time. The vehicle was in excellent condition — clean inside and out, full tank of gas, and drove perfectly. Special thanks to [Staff Name] at the front desk who was super patient and made sure I understood the insurance options. No pressure, no upsells, just honest service. It’s nice when a company does exactly what they promise. Highly recommend this location!

  This is what I shared with Enterprise about my experience and why I was dissatisfied! 1. I returned a call to Enterprise to reserve my car, which had been initiated through Geico, because I had been in a car accident. When I called back to change the pick-up time, the person never saved my information so the size car discussed was not available and the timing of me getting a vehicle was delayed. Thankfully my phone records clearly showed a lengthy return call on my end. 2. I was given a Palasade which gets terrible gas mileage and I drive a lot. This was a much larger vehicle than requested which was annoying with current gas prices. 3. The Palasade smelled like cigarette smoke. You could smell it as soon as you open the door! 4. When I texted to see if I could get a different vehicle, the response was initially quick but after I asked for a specific day and time, I never got a response. Overall terrible customer service start to finish.
