  Rented a car here two months in advance of a trip only to get a call less than an hour before our scheduled pick up that they couldn’t fulfill our reservation. Worst business to deal with. We were given the number for the GM, we called several times and texted. They didn’t care enough to call us back. See all the negative reviews? Tells you all you need to know. Spend your $ elsewhere!

  Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise. I reserved a vehicle two months in advance for a trip to Florida, only to arrive at the branch and be told they had no vehicles available for me. What’s the point of making a reservation if the company can’t honor it? To make matters worse, I repeatedly tried calling the manager and received no response whatsoever. There was no effort to provide a solution, no communication, and no sense of urgency despite the fact that we are supposed to leave for our trip tonight. A reservation should mean something. Instead, Enterprise left us scrambling at the last minute with no vehicle and no help. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you actually need a rental car you can count on.

  I got a car from them to use until my insurance let's me know what they are going to do with my car get place and nice people to help you.

  Usually I have good experiences with Enterprise, but this particular situation was handled terribly. I returned the vehicle on the scheduled return date using the after-hours return instructions exactly as directed. The policy says to park the car, lock it, and drop the keys in the box. It does not clearly warn customers that they will be charged until the next business day if the office is closed. When I called to question the extra charge, Kyle was rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational instead of trying to help resolve the issue. This is the first time I’ve ever had this happen with Enterprise, and the way it was handled was extremely disappointing. ***Update: I completed Enterprise’s survey, contacted customer service, and requested follow up. Over a week later, I still have not received a response.
