One particular employee named Neena was extremely rude today to a gentleman trying to do a simple return. Taking an aggressive tone with him through the interaction she stated "he needs to stop talking over her!" When he was never talking over her in any way. It seems like this employee has a lot of negative reviews about her here on Google. It astounds me that she is still employed at this establishment. You will lose great customers from terrible customer service. Seeing how that gentleman was treated today I will not be back.

Very rude, unhelpful, condescending female employee who seems incapable of doing her job. Can't even count up to 6 items on a receipt. Has a lack of basic comprehension. There was plenty of other issues while at the store but this is the main issue for today. Her child was running around the store as well. Edited to state her name is Neena

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I have come here several times to buy parts for my vehicle, and unfortunately my interactions with Nina have not been positive. Today I came in to get a part for my car. I greeted her, but she did not respond and continued handling other things. I stood there for more than a minute before she finally asked how she could help me. When I politely asked if she heard me say hello, she took it the wrong way and told me she would not sell me the part. She then turned away and left me standing there. I was not trying to be disrespectful; I was simply asking a question. I expect to be treated with basic respect as a customer. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management addresses this situation.
