  my car decided to stage a protest today and totally gave up on me, so a tow was definitely in order! When I called to get things sorted, the person I spoke with was absolutely super friendly and helpful, which made a potentially frustrating situation much easier. And then, the tow truck driver was fantastic too! He gave me a quick heads-up call when he was just around the corner, which was really thoughtful. But what truly impressed me was that before he even started hooking up my car, he actually took the time to do a little detective work, trying to figure out what was causing the trouble. Talk about going the extra mile! Thank you Would recommend to others!!!!

  My motorcycle broke down on Rt30, in Lancaster, during the evening rush hour. Two trucks came. Both drivers were courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. During a time like that a good tow company is very much appreciated. I have used Alliance for many years. Always the same great service! Keep up the Good Work.

  My car got towed due to my inspection being out (which I fully understand is my responsibility, I’m a college student literally just trying to get by) while parked at my apartment complex. When I went to try getting it back they wanted to charge me over $700 (mind you it’s only been there for a couple days and no one even told me it was being towed or even has been towed) and said they would take off $300 if I gave them the title to my car. Which by the way, the car is worth far more than $300 so I laughed. But just to hook it up alone was roughly almost $300. For someone to do 2 arm movements and press a button they wanted more than what the average person makes working one full day at their full time job to do 2 arm movements and took up 3 minutes of their day. I just think it’s disgusting that they know the person legally has to pay it and uses that to their advantage. I understand they have to make money as well but. lol. is all I have to say. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

  Steven the towing guy was a Great help and was a nice person, he came out and gave my car a jump start to get me on my way. Thank you again for your help👍

  Alex was able to come out within 30 minutes of my call and got my car hooked up within 10 minutes. Extremely professional and careful when it came to the handling of my vehicle. Very reasonably priced, he even delivered my car to the dealership and dropped off my key for me. Made a stressful situation much easier for me, and I will definitely be calling Alliance in the unfortunate event my car breaks down again.
