  If I could give zero stars I would place is a scam especially if a woman walks in. My wife went for a tires to be mounted, balanced, and a alignment. Instead they were working on there own vehicles on the lifts and my wife sat for 2.5 hours. We have wippers we just put on 2 weeks ago and they claimed she needed new tell me your up selling without telling me your up selling. They claimed they couldn't adjust the rear for the alignment not to mention they never test drove it after they were done and when I asked why I wasnt provided a print out I was told the printer ran out of ink. When I called they put me on speaker phone instead of it being a private conversation and between the "mechanics" and the manager they kept contradicting each other on what needs to be adjusted on the alignment. Stay far away from this place they will charge you and not do the work or only half of it and try to upsell you on everything and anything

  My tire stem was leaking air. I took my car to this store and was taken care of within an hour. NO CHARGE! The team was professional, courteous and quick. I know it was only a broken valve stem but it was great to pull out the CC and the technician said "Here's your keys and have a great day"

  I brought my vehicle here after buying it used. Made the appt online, showed up and they were great. Let me know after looking at it what it needed to pass inspection and what could wait if I wanted. The people were friendly and the service was fantastic.

  I can’t say enough good things about this Mavis Discount Tire in Pennsylvania, on my way to New York City, my tire popped and I was completely stranded and stressed, but Stefan and the team stepped in right away, coordinated with AAA, and handled everything quickly and smoothly; they were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road safely, turning what could have been a nightmare into a great experience and I am so grateful and highly recommend them.
