  Great experience first time there Stephen the assistant manager and Neil the manager made sure they took me as soon as I came in for my appointment. Although it took a little while getting an oil change. Definitely worth the wait. Thanks

  My daughter’s car needed new tires immediately and the staff at this shop made it happen. There were issues with the lugs, which they fixed and they were kind enough to do an alignment after closing time. I highly recommend this shop for all of your tire needs!

  If I could I'd give a negative star. Avoid this place at all costs. A couple weeks ago I had my oil changed there, as I couldn't get an appointment with my regular mechanic for a week and Mavis could get me in that day. They failed to reset my service monitor, which requires a scanner so I couldn't do it myself. No big deal, I assumed it was just an oversight, and I knew I would be returning as they advised I needed brake pads and rotors replaced, which I didn't have time for that day. I should have known better than to even consider Mavis for anything other than a tire, but I figured I had a quote and they knew what I needed done. Apparently, I gave them way too much credit. Tuesday, May 26, I scheduled for the brake service, reminding them of the vehicle type and the quote they provided. We schedule for the following Monday, June 1. That's six days to get the parts and I advised I would wait while they completed to repair. So, I blocked out my whole morning. I show up for my 8am appointment and am initially told I was only scheduled for a brake flush, apparently the "manager" is unfamiliar with his own computer system, as it clearly included the pad and rotor replacement. Meanwhile as I'm standing there while he takes multiple phone calls and fights with his computer mumbling that he doesn't want to order the wrong parts. Yes, the parts that should have been ordered six days prior. Somehow his inability to manage or order parts became my problem. And he begins lecturing me about some suspension parts sitting in his service bay, as if I caused them to be there. Now I won't go to any Mavis even for a tire. I drove to my regular mechanic, Tom Pranzo, who I should have gone to in the first place, and he will do the job for $400 less and reset my service monitor.
