My son, who is a college student at Kutztown University brought his car in because it wouldn’t start (although it was a brand new battery). They took the time to look at it and fixed a wire that had detached and did not charge him anything!! They explained to him what was wrong and they even told him that it wasn’t an emergency, but his brakes needed to be looked at in the near future. What a relief to know that even though they are away from home, people treat your college age student with so much kindness.

Not the best experience at Mavis Discount Tire in Kutztown. The alignment machine wasn't working, which we weren't told about ahead of time. After a manual alignment, the car still pulled slightly to one side. We also felt there were quite a few extra services recommended that we didn't think were necessary. The staff were friendly, but I'd suggest getting a second opinion.

This place is absolutely great!! For a mother of 2 crazy children and constantly having a busy schedule they had my tire patched up and out the door within 30 minutes! Woke up with a flat -thanks to a tiny screw- and they put a plug in and got me out the door in less than 30 minutes! I am so thankful for them! They saved the day for me and my son because we had a field trip to go to in an hour! I highly recommend this place they have great service and staff! And very fast!!!

I had a tire pop on me and I needed a quick replacement since I do a lot of driving. I brought it to Mavis Tires and Neal was working the front desk, he was super kind and very understanding! He has great communication skills and you can tell he cares about his customers. The rest of the staff was also great. Neal was the one I had the most interaction with and I appreciated the service he provided.
