    They took advantage of a young girl and told her that they cannot do an oil change without changing all the filters in the vehicle. I would never go here again. I will never tell anybody to go here again. They are horrible customer service.

    The Kittanning PA Valvoline Instant oil change that I went to was a very pleasant experience. Everyone there was professional and kind and friendly. Norm handled the bulk of the job with my oil change. He was very informative and did try to upsell me but was not pushy about it. I appreciate that. I understand the upsell and am glad that he wasn't persistent about it. As I was leaving he thanked me for my service as I was wearing my Desert Storm veteran hat. I also appreciate that. It shows patriotism and pride in American. I will definitely be a lifetime customer at the Kittanning Valvoline Instant oil change shop. Sincerely, Robb Griffin
