    My husband took my son in law's work truck for an oil change and was treated less than and feels absolutely horrible from the experience. The vehicle was photographed and my husband was questioned about things that were not their business. He was offering services that were over priced and performing services not asked for. On the receipt it shows a complimentary tire rotation which was not performed nor asked for. So if you want an oil change they claim on receipt they provide inspections for free then will list what you declined, which shows $2,500 worth of work without allowing a customer to get estimates. Some of the work was grossly overpriced. I'm not sure if everyone is treated this way but my family was. Asking for personal information, taking photographs, and giving opinions not asked for. Never again will we use this place for anything. You are not better than anyone and need a serious reality check. Trying to scare or intimidate someone into over paying is absolutely vile. Made them wait 45 minutes for the bill playing God.
