  Convenient service but the tech never gave us our inspection sticker back. We realized after it was too late and now have to have the car reinspected. Definitely a flaw in the process.

  The scheduling process and mobile service were excellent. It was quick, convenient, and reasonably priced for what seemed like a tiny windshield chip. However, the repair ultimately left me worse off. Within 24 hours, the repaired chip had spread into a noticeable hairline crack. Customer service’s only solution was to recommend a full windshield replacement costing about $700. I understand that windshield repairs don’t always work, but I was never warned that attempting the repair itself could result in additional cracking and a costly windshield replacement. That information should be disclosed before the repair so customers can make an informed choice. The convenience was great, but the outcome was frustrating.
