  During my visit, a 2026 safety and emissions inspection and oil change were performed, & my tires rotated. It was quick and the staff was very pleasant! I love this location - great guys and gals work here!

  I stopped by Mavis because I had an issue with my tire. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to repair it, and the price of a new tire was a little more than I was looking to spend at the moment. They offered to put my spare on for me instead and didn’t charge me anything for it, which I really appreciated. The staff was honest, helpful, and didn’t make me feel pressured. Definitely grateful for the help.

  Been going to Mavis for years when it was Jack Williams. Service is fast. Work exceeds expectations and the prices are the lowest around. Highly recommend this tire / repair shop all your vehicles needs.

  I stopped in quickly to see if someone could take a look at my tire, since the pressure kept decreasing. I figured I had a leak somewhere. I was addressed immediately, and was in and out within 15 minutes. They looked at my tire, which ended up having a nail in it. They fixed the issue and ended up saving me a couple bucks! Great service, I will definitely be a repeat customer for all my car needs.

  I very rarely leave reviews and unfortunately this seems necessary at this point. I have been taking my families vehicles for maintenance for a while, until yesterday. I scheduled an inspection, oil change and possible ac recharge as my ac wasn't as powerful as it once was. Upon scheduling my appointment I made it perfectly clear that my tires might just be sufficient enough to pass inspection and if they weren't I was then advised I could bring it back within a week and have the inspection completed. Upon picking up the vehicle yesterday I was told it would be another inspection charge since the front tires just missed the inspection requirements. I told by the individual on duty, what was told to me when the appointment was made and he said pa law would not allow that and there was nothing he could do. Problem 2, my ac was working prior to me dropping it off and all I was asking was to look as it and a possible recharge. He claimed there was a leak in a hose with a sensor on it and they could not fix this and I would have to go to the dealer. My issue is that my ac was working prior to me dropping the vehicle off now it has completely failed. The main reasons I have taken my vehicles as well as my families is the kindness, understanding and reasonable pricing I have experienced in the past. Yesterday did not offer that. Very disappointed with the service and the lack of accountability from the individual on duty yesterday.
