Me and my family were traveling back to Virginia from NYC after spending the weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary when a car ran a redlight and we hit them. The damage to my truck was minimal given the situation but the steering was thrown way off and it needed an alignment to safely drive. I didnt think to take my vehicle to Mavis at first and went to 3 other shops first 2 didnt have the time to look at it, and 1 just down the road from Mavis said they could, but then their older machine wouldnt work when they went to start it up and mentioned Mavis this is where our luck of the day finally started to turn around. Not only was Mavis able to take the time to do the alignment, they took the time to show me what damage was where, and aligned my steering up (as best as it could be given the damage) to the point where I could barely even tell there was an issue They were 100% up front, fast, reliable, and very affordable. Mavis regrettably wasnt my first choice this time, but will be my #1 choice and recommendation to my family living in that area. I truly cant thank them enough for the repairs and customer support my family received. They are the only reason we made it back home.

I had my state inspection, emissions test, and brakes done here, and the experience was excellent. A few weeks later, I noticed an issue with my tire pressure, so I brought my car back. They checked it, identified a nail puncture, and fixed it at no charge! Their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service really stood out to me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto service. Great people and great service!

Been coming here for years but today i Had an appointment at 3 for a wheel alignment they kept my car for 3 hours only to tell me they cant do it because i had a torn bushing and wanted to charge me like $900 to fix. It didnt need 3 hours to tell me this. Very unprofessional to have someone waiting 3 hours when an appointment was scheduled. I even called to verify appointment time was available and not just showing as available online before i came. 🤬

My favorite tire shop. I bought tires from them a few years ago on my old car and they were a great price and even for the rotations it never took long to get it done. I brought my new jeep in 9/24 since i ran over a nail and they patched the hole and had it done in 20 minutes even though i lost my tire lock key they managed to get it done. They were very accommodating. The man who helped name started with a J but i forgot what it was. I will always be back and tell everyone i know to come here as well!
