I had an outstanding experience with Penske Truck Rental in King of Prussia, thanks to Justin Duffy. From the moment I arrived, Justin was professional, courteous, patient, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. Despite managing several customers at the same time, he remained calm, organized, and attentive to everyone's needs. He handled a busy rental counter with professionalism and kept everything running smoothly. When preparing my rental truck, Justin noticed it was not as clean as it should have been. Rather than rushing the process, he took the time to properly clean the vehicle before handing over the keys, which I greatly appreciated. What impressed me most was his understanding and fairness when I returned the truck later than expected. I needed additional time to unload my belongings before bringing the truck back. Justin listened to my situation, showed empathy, and made sure I was billed fairly. He carefully reviewed the timing and did not charge me for an unnecessary second rental day. Customer service like this is hard to find. Justin went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience, and his professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Penske is fortunate to have an employee like him representing the company. Thank you, Justin, for making what could have been a stressful moving experience much easier. I highly recommend the King of Prussia Penske location and especially Justin Duffy for his exceptional customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
