  Outstanding service from the team at Mavis Tire! Even though they were incredibly busy, they were still able to fit us in, and I truly appreciate them going the extra mile to help. A huge thank you to Neifiece, Justin, and Christian for their professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. They made sure we were taken care of and kept everything running smoothly despite how busy they were. It’s not often you find a team that’s this dedicated to their customers. I highly recommend this Mavis location and can’t thank them enough for their outstanding service!

  I took my wife's Mercedes because it was showing tire sensory missing and the dealer said it needed to replace it and they pushed for replacing all four. Mavis technician checked he reset it and it didn't cost a thing. He said they were all fine and he didn't see any reason to replace them. They saved me a lot of money. I am thankful for their honesty!

  On the 29th I scheduled a 10am inspection to take place on the 30th. I get to the shop at 10am just to be told that there are 8 cars ahead of me. Long story short, the earliest it could be looked ay and done was at 2pm. Bad business, mavis shouldn't have a limited a number of inspectors that would cause a delay of this magnitude, furthermore appointments shouldnt be scheduled if they can not be meet. Unprofessional. And poor way of doing business.

  Horrible experience. They made me wait almost the entire day for a simple inspection. I was given a very expensive repair estimate but refused to provide a detailed inspection report or explain why the vehicle supposedly failed. I was also charged for the inspection sticker even though I was not given one at the time. I also felt I was treated differently because of my race, which made the experience even more upsetting. I would not recommend this location.

  Made an appointment here several days in advance because I had been to another MAVIS location while I was visiting my mom and they had replaced my AC condenser, and 3 weeks later I have no AC. I explained the situation to the person over the phone to be sure it was explained. Dropped it off on a Thurs night and offered the original receipt to be sure it would be taken care of under warranty but he said he didn't need it. 3 days went by and no call, so I called. They said that only the manager knew what was going on with the car and to call back Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). OK so now 5 days pass, and I call. The person answering the phone acted like my car wasn't even there. I speak with someone else and they explained that due to the holiday weekend, they didn't have anyone to look at this issue (then why accept my appointment?) and that he has it on the lift now. 2 days went by and he called me back saying that it doesn't seem like the clutch on the condenser is working (which was my original issue, so we think), but he doesnt think the issue is with the condenser and he needs to send this to the Malvern location for someone else to look at it. OK fine. Another 4 days pass, no call, so I call. They explain that the issue is electrical in nature but can't exactly say what, but think its the blend door. He tells me that it calls for my entire dash to be taken out, a 10 hr job, and that they are not willing to do that there (totally understandable). I picked the car up at weeks end, no charge (as I had hoped) and off I went. Got home and did some research on the issue. Checked a few YouTube videos and forum posts and found where the blend door was. Apparently 2 shops with trained professionals told me the entire dash needed to be removed when all you needed to do was remove the glove box (which has to be done on these cars to replace the cabin filter). Once I removed the glove box, I saw the blend door actuator and removed it. Saw that it was frozen up completely, and by manually moving the metal rod (to switch between AC and heat) I got ice cold AC. In the end, I had 2 shops look at it for 2 weeks and both could not diagnose the issue, going as far as telling me my dash needed to be removed, only for the customer to find the cause and fix within 30 minutes. They didn't charge me and were upfront with me whenever we spoke, but I always had to call and get updates and for 2 people to completely miss something like this does not instill trust in bringing my car here again.
