  My tire got flat suddenly on the highway. I Had to get my car towed to this Mavis. I didn’t call or tell them I was on the way but I was highly impressed how quickly Hank helped me out. Hank evaluated my tire and determined it was a nail. He patched up the hole and I was back on the road within 10-15 minutes! I was very happy with his quick service and diagnosing the problem. Thanks again!

  Came in for a quick tire rotation and was out the door in less than 30 minutes! The staff was fast, professional, and friendly. Great service and a smooth experience. Highly recommend!

  Terrible scam attempt. We have all heard of shops trying to sell more than needed. Sadly it is a thing here. Sent my wife’s car in for an alignment after I had replaced a bunch of front suspension and steering parts. First, let’s talk about alignment. When she dropped the car off she made it clear that she wanted to see the print out of the results. The alignment process was extremely fast, too fast. See the vehicle has adjustable camber from the factory. Camber was not adjusted at all. Not even touched. It was in the same place it was when I put the new parts in. I went in with her to pick up the car and asked about the printout. Already knowing it happened too fast to have done more than only the toe. Of course no printout is available. I asked to get the car back on the rack to see the results. Of course this was passed by with being told it would be a long time before that could happen. Now let’s jump to the attempted scam of selling extra stuff. When the car was in my wife was notified that she needed tires as they were “bald”. While not brand new the lowest measurement on any of the tires is 6/32. I measured. That is pretty far from bald. PA state inspection requires 2/32 of tread to pass inspection for a vehicle this size. This is a HUGE red flag of being ripped off. When I went in to pick up the car I asked what the tread measurement was. Naturally they couldn’t answer. Then they told us there was something “moving with the brakes” when asked for any more info none could be provided. TL:DR. They try selling stuff that isn’t needed and they don’t complete the job that was sold.

  I had a problem with where I was supposed to take my car for inspection and I was so upset, but Mavis took me and gave me the best service. Also, I left my wallet there and they called me and took care of it until I could get there. How very honest is that. I will be going back to Mavis in the future. Thanks again for everything. You are all assets to Mavis. Keep up the excellent work.

  Went in to get a flat tire replaced. They took 4 hours to replace and had mentioned that the tech accidentally cross threaded one of the lug nuts, which stripped the threading on the lug nut and I will have to come back the next day to get the last lug nuts installed. Alright, whatever, accidents happen. I came back the next day and got the last lug nut installed. Three months later, I went to a local mechanic to get the brakes and rotors replaced and I learn from him that the hub assembly is completely ruined and most of the lug nuts were cross threaded. This is a $400 fix. Mavis did not tell me that they ruined the entire assembly (probably because it would be an expense on them). It’s insane that a TIRE SHOP failed to replace a tire. This should be their bread and butter. Now I am out over $400.
