- KKKatherineJun 3, 20263.0My rental experience itself was fine and I was able to swap out an SUV for a sedan. I had no issues with my insurance paying Enterprise. An employee even drove my initial rental to the collision repair shop so I could have a vehicle immediately. I decided to pay for the daily insurance on the rental just in case something happened. Once my payment was due, I noticed I was charged much more than I should have been. After asking via email, Enterprise provided me with an itemized receipt where I discovered I was charged the daily insurance for two vehicles, totaling over $600. I was refunded my money for this, but later realized I was also double charged for state and vehicle rental taxes. I sent additional emails and never received a refund for the overbilled taxes amounting to almost $50. I'm assuming the billing department is based elsewhere, so I do not completely blame this Enterprise branch; however, I had to catch two errors their billing department missed. It's almost as if the amended invoice was edited in Adobe Acrobat rather than whatever software they use, which is why the tax charges remained double what they should have been. It has been a few months and I have not heard anything back from the branch or billing department about refunding the extra taxes, so I know I'm not getting my money back. I wanted to post this review as a warning to always check your receipt and ask for an itemized version if something seems off.
