  Went for a marine battery, salesman was nice and helpful, but I feel like he could have been a little more knowledgeable about the batteries and offered to help me make a quality decision.

  Worse Autozone around! I called and was given a price on the phone. I showed up about 30 mins later and was told it was $40 more. I was buying brakes and rotors (gold) which is what I was quoted for over the phone. I guy at the counter tried to give me cheaper rotors for a higher price. The when i asked to speak to a manager the guy got rude. Funny thing I ended up going to another Autozone brought all gold brakes and rotors for less. The Autozone in Kennett if you don't check your prices will rip you off. Buyer beware!

  Just got back from amazing customer service from Ephraim. Sorry if I spelled your name wrong. He replaced my battery and the interaction was fun despite the cold weather!

  I had a great experience at the Kennett Square AutoZone today! Kate and Steve went above and beyond with my battery replacement. What should have been a straightforward battery replacement turned into a game of operation to access my battery (by no fault of theirs - I blame Ford). Despite it being harder to access than anticipated, they persevered and helped this car maintenance-impaired person out! While it was windy and frigid outside! Thanks again!

  This place stinks. Been there NUMEROUS times and there is never anyone working the cash register. You can hear people in the back but nobody ever comes out to help. Just there today. Waited 3 minutes at the register. Nobody showed up to wait on me. They can hear the door buzz when you come in. Oh well off to Pep Boys!
