  They don’t even deserve the single star I gave them. But it was the lowest option. Literally made an online reservation. Got an uber there (myself) and had my pregnant wife and young son walk there to meet me in 90 + degree heat. We get there and they say “we don’t have any cars”. Meanwhile the lot is full—and someone just brought the same type of vehicle back that we made our reservation for (while we were at the front desk). I asked him about the car that just returned and his response was “let go over here and deal with these returns” (in regard to other customers in the lobby). They CLEARLY didn’t want to rent to us. And I see every measure imaginable to deny us - even with a reservation that we were on time for. “I don’t know why they said we had vehicles available.” He says, speaking about the Enterprise website that we made the reservation through. The service…the attitude…the entire ordeal. Lacked professionalism and any answers to the dilemma. If I could recommend anyone go there, technically, it seems as though it’s a very easy place to go, as person after person walked in and got there vehicle and went on with their day. All except my family.

  Is there an option for a 0 star? I would just like to express my deep disappointment regarding the service my family received at your location. We booked a rental through our insurance and explicitly stated that we only wanted the coverage provided by our policy. Despite this, the manager insisted on selling us additional, unnecessary coverage. Due to a language misunderstanding, this coverage was added to our bill anyway. When we noticed the error and requested a refund, our request was denied. I feel that your staff prioritized sales over our clear instructions and specific situation. Ofcourse this will be the first and only time our family and friends will be booking here.
