  SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS TURNED AWAY UPON ARRIVAL BECAUSE THEY TRIPLE BOOKED!!! My wife had a screw in her tire so she called around 5pm they told her they could get her in at 6pm to have it plugged. When she arrived she was turned away. They told her they triple booked and refused to take 5 minutes and plug the tire. This was their issue not ours and they refused to provide a service they scheduled her for. The manager blamed the call center... We have gone to the Westwood Monro multiple times before, but we will be driving past them to go elsewhere after this. I'd advise others to do the same.

  I'm frustrated and disappointed with the Westmont location. The manager has a bad attitude and complains about the call center and not having enough technicians. It is hard to get through to the actual store because of the call center, and they'll schedule too many services at once. Then customers have to wait long times to get scheduled work done. I like some of the technicians, but I feel like I don't get feedback about what is okay or will soon need care on my car. The poor communication makes it hard to assess the quality of the service. I've gone here for 18 years and am now looking elsewhere for a garage with better service and less stress and frustration.

  JC the office manager was very helpful with getting me financing when I needed more work than expected. The techs did a great job-they were expecting a simple inspection and oil change and it turned into a brake and rotor replacement, exhaust repair in addition to the inspection and oil change. It was done in one day. Pricing is fair, and they stand behind their work. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.
