  My experience started off iffy, car the internet said was available turned out not to be. Everything past that point was absolutely fantastic. The staff got our reservation switched to one that was available for cheaper, they made checking the rental out easy and made sure I had all the resources I needed before leaving. They were both professional and courteous. I've rented from other places and always felt like I was about to get scammed somehow, this gave me the opposite vibe. Thanks Scalp crew for making my vacation possible. Keep up the great work.

  We got what they call a Luxury SUV for a week plus a day. For a family of 6 it was perfect to use for vacation! Reservations onine we simple. Pick-up and Drop off were easy. The employees were very kind. Couldn't ask for a better experience

  Everything went smoothly for me. They picked me up at the dealership & the process to get the rental was quick and smooth. Staff member reviewed details about the rental fir me. When I returned the car everything was completed quickly & I was driven to the dealership to get my car. Highly recommend.

  I returned a car here from my trip to florida and the man I spoke with was very helpful and respectful. I was suppose to have a mini van in florida but it came back with a Crack in the windshield so they upgraded me for free to a BMW X7 which was an incredible car. However I had budgeted for gas in the mini van and not for this luxury car and it was much more expensive. The man at the enterprise was so incredibly nice that he discounted the car I returned to help cover the extra money I spent on Gas. I will definitely rent from here again.
