  After being a customer at a branch with high performance plaques all over its walls for over a decade, after dealing with these people in Johnstown once you can tell immediately why they have none. Do yourself a favor and head up the road to Hertz. Even the district manager got caught lying to me so no wonder the staff feels like it’s ok to lie. I’m in contact with corporate so this will eventually be resolved.

  When trying 2 come in early bc time for rental was 1 hr later. Help & make it work, I almost went to another car rental. Sometimes times change when ya have kids

  I had an outstanding experience with Frank and the entire team at Enterprise. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making the process as easy as possible. Frank went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely hassle free. The customer service was great, the vehicle was clean and ready to go, and the entire team treated me with kindness and respect. If you’re looking for a rental company that truly cares about its customers, I can’t recommend Frank and his team enough. Thank you all for the outstanding service, I truly appreciate everything you did!
