  I was very pleased with their service! They are very professional. I rented a car for a week for a road trip and the car was amazing and the experience with enterprise at this location was incredible! I had previously rented with sixth and my experience with the previous company was very poor. But I’m so glad I rented with enterprise this time! Highly recommended them!

  I want to thank Pete at Jefferson Hills Enterprise. I truly appreciate his above and beyond customer service. My wife had an issue with her initial rental Pete made sure to not only solve the problem but to exceed our expectations !

  The easiest part of dealing with someone totaling my car, was the support of the enterprise team. They gave me more information than the insurance company. Thank you Sid and Sidney from West Mifflin Enterprise

  Great place to rent a vehicle! Quick and easy. People are friendly to deal with. In and out, no long drawn out processes! Will definitely rent from them again next time I come to town.

  We had to take our car into the dealer to have some work done and they ended up keeping it for a few days due to parts and troubleshooting, so my insurance covered a rental. We were VERY fortunate to be taken to Enterprise on Route 51 and at first were a bit sad that they did not have any vehicles left to rent for us at the last minute. However as the shuttle guy and I were standing there, Pete and Bob were looking around for a car, anything for us for a couple of days. We were blessed that they had a last minute cancelation as we were leaving and we rented a great four door, VW Jetta. It was perfect for the three days while the dealership had our car and worked on the issues on their end. Thanks to Pete and Bob for the great professionalism, customer service and very quick turn around with the paperwork process, it took minutes. We will definitely use Enterprise again for our rental needs in the future!!!!
