  We had to take our car into the dealer to have some work done and they ended up keeping it for a few days due to parts and troubleshooting, so my insurance covered a rental. We were VERY fortunate to be taken to Enterprise on Route 51 and at first were a bit sad that they did not have any vehicles left to rent for us at the last minute. However as the shuttle guy and I were standing there, Pete and Bob were looking around for a car, anything for us for a couple of days. We were blessed that they had a last minute cancelation as we were leaving and we rented a great four door, VW Jetta. It was perfect for the three days while the dealership had our car and worked on the issues on their end. Thanks to Pete and Bob for the great professionalism, customer service and very quick turn around with the paperwork process, it took minutes. We will definitely use Enterprise again for our rental needs in the future!!!!

  They gave me a free upgrade. The whole experience was very smooth. They delivered the car to my house and we did all the paperwork in my driveway.

  I had a great experience with both team members. They answered all of my questions and explained a lot of the process to me as this was the first time I had been the victim of a car accident and getting a car rental through the other person's insurance. Your team members were very helpful and understanding of my situation and made the entire process comfortable and insightful. I would definitely feel comfortable using Enterprise again solely based on their professionalism and empathy. They were great!

  Rented a car for my Orlando trip and it was clean maintained well had no issues will be using enterprise again for my next trip
