Brought my car in due to vibration asked ray and Suzanne to check for bent rims. here it was due to bubbles on the inside of two of my tires.. they didn’t have any ins stock at there location, was nice enough to have them ship from another shop to get me back on the road the road same day. I recently ordered two Michelin Laltitude tires from Mavis Discount Tire in Jamison, PA and paid a deposit a week in advance. Today, I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was told that only one tire had been delivered. I was then asked to pay for the single tire immediately, with the second tire to be ordered later.
I explained that I preferred to pay once both tires were installed — a completely reasonable request. Instead of working with me, the employee raised his voice, became confrontational, and ultimately canceled my order on the spot.
This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. Based on how I was treated, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Visited this location recently and was blown away by the know-how and caring displayed by the store manager, Mike. I don’t know anything about cars but my car was making some weird noises so I brought it in, and Mike was quickly able to tell me that something was wrong with the serpentine belt, which could’ve made things a lot worse if it wasn’t fixed. He made sure to get me in and out pretty quickly despite being busy and explained everything in terms even a car-dummy like me could understand. I felt well taken care of by Mike and his team and definitely felt safer driving my car home afterwards. I’ve been to other Mavis locations in the past and most of them were just okay, but I will definitely come back here with any future car issues. Would highly recommend- Mike will take care of you!
