  They were fantastic! Hit a pot hole and broke the air suspension on my Tesla X while visiting family. Chose Mr. Tire by chance on my roadside assistance app because it was across from the supercharger. They were understanding that I was due to drive back to NY that weekend, was able to order the part needed and get it fixed the next day! They even said they all cheered when the part came in so they could help get me back on the road. They also helped get me new tires (I knew that was necessary already) so I was safe for the trip back. They walked me through options and pricing and were friendly each step. Highly recommend!

  Had a flat on the interstate and got towed to this shop. Friendly front desk and mechanics. I got in almost immediately, I didn't wait very long for the service and it was decently priced. Saved the day!

  Hands down one of the best Mr. Tires I have been to. Jess and Mike were so helpful and accommodating when I had to get my state inspection and emissions test done for my car (and only had one day to do it). They were able to get me in on Sunday and did everything possible to help me drive away with a state inspected vehicle. They were kind and understanding about my situation and its urgency and I am so grateful for that. I do suggest trying to call ahead and make an appointment as this is a very busy location and can quickly fill up short notice

  Took a half day from work, made an appointment an entire day earlier with all my information. Scheduled to have new rims installed on my truck. I arrived 30mins early only to be turned away. From the moment I walked in I was treated with disrespect because I didn’t purchase tires or spend 1000’s. Don’t let people make appointments if the staff isn’t going to follow up. I’m out time, money and aggravation. I wouldn’t go to this place if I was you. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
