  Got a flat late in the day and even though they had others to do they took me to repair. I only waited less than hour, couldn’t do proper repair due to wear of tire. They put temp patch in to get me going that day. My negative experience was talking to people in waiting room of their experiences. Nothing positive. Both had appointments but were delayed because they were doing walk ins first not appointments. One lady waited multiple days for tires to come in and get them installed. Another person had to come in to inquire why their vehicle wasn’t done yet, since they couldn’t get anyone to answer phone. Both were promised that they would stay open as long as it took to get to them.

  Very courteous, professional and quick service on repairing a flat tire I had on the Pa. turnpike near the Irwin Pa. exit.

  We’ve used Mr. Tire in Irwin a few times and are very happy with their service. We showed up each time without an appointment and they were able to squeeze our cars into their service hours and quickly / accurately fix the issue. We will definitely use them again in the future!

  I booked an appointment online for 4 new tires. The two people at the counter exchanged looks and she smiled and he was clearly irritated. She asked me what tires I wanted and I said I like the ones I have now and the man walked out to go see what they were. He called a man out of the shop and sighed “I’m going to need you to run and pick up tires at Flynn’s”. I said, wait, I’m open to other kinds if you have any suggestions. He told the man “never mind” and they both walked out. I left. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. I actually went elsewhere and was treated great and saved $200.
