  Website Issues: Don't sign up for appointments on the website if you're getting service at the Indiana PA location. The first time I signed up they could not do what I asked at the time I had asked for because the website does not communicate with the store. 2 1/2 hour wait to get my service done. Second time, they could not do it that day and asked me to reschedule the next day. I said no, and took my business elsewhere. Not the fault of the mechanics in the actual shop. The website does not communicate with them, and they said this happens often. My family has used this location for car service for many many years, and I hate to give them up, but I don't feel like giving money to a parent company that is this irresponsible to the customers.

  My inspection appointment was for 5:30 p.m.. I showed up 10 minutes early and was informed that they had been overbooked all day and their inspection technician leaves at 5:00 everyday and there would be no way that they could complete my service. I could have had my inspection done at several different places during the day and I elected Monroe and I am now sorry about that decision. I was told that their appointments made on the telephone are from a place in the Philippines and they book appointments wrong all the time. I would be wary of getting any work done at this place.

  Oil change was fine but despite mentioning at 3 different times (drop off/payment, when I received the call it was ready, and when I called just before close to remind them) my keys were left inside the building rather than locked in the car as I requested. So now I have to make a special trip to pick them up.

  EDIT: After taking our vehicle to another shop, we were told that the turbocharger was installed incorrectly. We paid monro $1500 just for our part to be installed incorrectly and to lose all the coolant they charged us for because the hoses weren’t attached. Look elsewhere in Indiana if you need your car serviced. They quoted me $4000 for a part and install. When I told them I had my own part, the quote came down to $1500. The part I bought was only $600. They pull prices out of the sky and want to suck every penny out of you. They wanted to keep my car longer after the install to look at “underlying issues” but we politely declined and picked up the car. I have a feeling the mechanic was trying to get back up to the $4000 to make the commission he wanted. When we picked the car up, our coolant hose was not attached. The ONLY kind and helpful person here was Kian. This place is full of dishonest people.
