  Ryan and Jake/Jack (sorry I forget) were amazing at helping me get a issue resolved. They are truly making this shop better than what it ever has been. Great customer service, and a speedy fix to my issue. Will definitely be coming back with this type of service.

  I took my van there on Friday because the steering wheel was wobbling pretty bad. They said that it would be done on Saturday and I would have four brand new tires brakes and rotors and the front end suspension would be worked on would just consisted of the steering arms being replaced. I pick it up today and only two tires are replaced and the two old tires are just moved to the front. The car was never aligned and the car is driving worse than when I took it there. Then proceeded to try to charge me $4,000 for everything. We get some of the building figured out and I drive it home. On my way home I noticed the driving is not right and call them back for them to fix it. I then look at the itemized list of all of the materials and labor and find out that they price gouge me over $1,100. A part that's $350, they charged me $1,030. And it was a part that did not need replaced based off of another mechanic looking it over. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone to never use them again. I should not have to drive in fear in my own vehicle after spending a ridiculous amount at any garage. Update..... The garage is doing they're best to fix the issues. So I'll give him three stars for that

  While I'm typically very weary of dealerships and chain service centers, this service center is staffed by friendly, professional, and helpful mechanics who goes out of their way to help. I was coming through Route 119 to head to Pittsburgh a few months ago and I lost a fuel injector in my minivan. This was the only place that I could find that would actually take me in for a repair same-day. Due to issues unforeseen by either of us, the job couldn't be completed on the same day. However, one of the mechanics went out of their way to give me a ride to Enterprise so me and a family member could get home. They diagnosed and repaired the issue very well, and I'm still very pleased months later. While I hopefully won't ever need to make an emergency trip to a mechanic during a road trip again, if I ever had to, I'd hope I could go here again.

  My car needed a tire repair. The tech did an excellent job not only in fixing the flat, but showing me the detailed process, which I thoroughly appreciated. He was kind, happy to help, energetic even at 5 p.m. It's great to talk with someone who's an expert in what they do.
