  Very disappointed. The Kittanning, PA location was very unprofessional and so was the Indiana, PA.

  We was to pick up the rental car at 11 am on July 9. My cousins ended up renting a car from Enterprise in Ohio the same time as we did for the same days and they sent us a message saying about them wanting a 300.00 deposit on top of the amount for the vehicle so I ended up getting on the phone to call enterprise to check on our rental reservation to see if we had a deposit that they never told us about which sure enough they told me on the phone when I called that we needed another 200.00 plus the amount for the vehicle . It should have been put on the reservation if it was needed not wait till the day of to basically screw someone which is ridiculous. All the reservation said was to pay the vehicle amount at the counter nothing about a deposit so for future reference why don't they add that on to the reservations instead of blindsiding people. When we got to the place we walked in and said we were there to pick up the rental and he told us the reservation was cancelled and he will no longer be doing business with us. We asked if there was any other rental places he told us to take our business across the street so we did. When we got over to the business across the street the lady asked how she could help us we told her we needed to see about getting a rental and we told her what happened that the reservation got cancelled and she said yeah that happened before that she had 8 people in one day be sent over to her business from Enterprise because they cancelled all of there reservations she had to have people stand outside because there was only so much room in her little office space to put people until she could get people out with rentals but she got all of them out with rentals. She was a very nice lady she got us a rental so we could go on our trip. I don't understand how you can just get away with doing extra fees without notifying people about it until the day they come to pick up the car then tell them oh yeah you can't take the car until you give the deposit money to. What also make me even more angry is that this isn't the first time that we had called and talked to anyone from Enterprise so they could of told us about this before when my husband had called about the discount for the law enforcement we called when we first put the reservation in and was told to bring his law enforcement id in when we came to pick up the rental car we wanted to still double check so we called closer to the date and when he called in the person he talked to told him he had no idea about the law enforcement discount at all so it's not the first time we talked to enterprise so they could of told us then when he called before about the discount they could of said about the deposit but that's fine because I won't be back at all and I will not be recommend this place at all for future
