  Very happy with service - highly recommend if you need something in a hurry and can afford it. It cost $711.00 for a front wheel bearing on a RAM 1500, which is quite expensive for this repair. HOWEVER, understand the circumstances: the wheel bearing failed on the evening of Saturday July 4th. I dropped the truck off that evening after the shop was closed and filled out a service request online. I was called by a central processing rep on the following morning Sunday July 5th and that rep put me in contact with the shop as soon as the opened at 9am. I explained the problem; front wheel bearing and that I am not sure which side and that I am out of town and need to be able to travel back home by this evening. They diagnosed the problem (passenger side front wheel bearing) called me to tell me the price and assured me they could have it completed before closing at 5 PM. They got the part, fixed the truck and called me around 12pm. $711.00 is very expensive for that job but given it was a Sunday after a holiday and it was fixed so quickly and they communicated proactively and were very polite; I don’t mind paying a premium price for that level of service. It was still less expensive than not making it to work on Monday.

  I took my 2024 suv here for a new set of tires, an oil change and a realignment per a deal on their website. Since then it has been problem after problem. First, my steering wheel was scraped along the bottom enough to have torn the leather, second, I wasn’t able to get the rebate they had advertised on their website with the tires because they were “not eligible” and third the tires were vibrating when I would get up to 50 mph. I am currently going through a claims process for them to have someone fix my tire, two weeks after being serviced they did give me a refund for the rebate amount. I took my car to another local garage where they had to REBALANCE all four of the tires which was another $50 out of my pocket! And finally, this morning my husband went to take it to work and oil started spraying all through the engine of my car. I can tell you we have never had an issue until we took our car here! Do not let them work on your vehicle.

  Everyone was great to us and very helpful! They were quick to fix my brakes and rotors right away so I could get back on the road. I may have had a catastrophic accident driving through the mountains to Gettysburg if I hadn’t miraculously stumbled upon you. I really appreciate all your help and hard work. Thank you so much! :)

  I’ve been driving for over 40 years and my visit to your business was the best I’ve ever experienced. Tina went above and beyond to make my service as pain free (lol!) as possible. She was respectful and efficient. Because of my experience with Tina, I’ve become a loyal customer. I’ll definitely go back when needed.
