  I drive 30minutes to go over there fix my tire its show on google they close at 7:00pm i am arrive at 5:42 they say we can not fix today because we closed at 6:00. They have to fix these thing the man work over there very rude they don’t know how to deal with customers.

  Very disappointed that the new manager (Matt) forced my 80 yr old father in law (a retired veteran) to tip his men. While my father in law has been a customer for 20 years and ALWAYS TIPS, he was unhappy with the service under the new manager bc he was charged double his original quote AND his warranty was not being upheld. This Matt guy then forced him to tip stating “these guys can’t work for nothing.” Since when is it the customers responsibility to pay their wages?!

  Amazing service - kind and helpful beyond belief. Our oil light came on while on road trip and we were freaking out. They were calm and supportive to get their local o’reilly’s auto shop to deliver quarts of oil. So fortunate to have found them. Thank you!

  I had a great experience with Mr. Tire. The staff were very helpful and were able to get my car in and out quickly without making me wait! The service was top notch and I couldn’t be happier with the work done. Will definitely be recommending this location to my friends!

  Big mistake going to your shop in New Stanton, Pennsylvania !! ALL I NEEDED WAS TWO TIRES SWAPPED ON THE FRONT OF MY TRUCK (I brought the brand new ones, in the back of my truck, to be mounted and balanced) When I pulled in, there were two “Technicians” Standing in the open Doorways of all empty car bays, and not a vehicle in the car parking lot either… I went ahead and paid in advance with my card in the office. The one technician spent 15 minutes with his air gun, trying to remove the Lugnuts on the passenger side Front wheel. Obviously, the next step should have been to grab a breaker bar and break the nuts loose, before finishing removal with his gun…… The technician gave up (Without even trying a breaker bar), dragged the airline and his gun across the shop floor, then told the girl at the desk that he couldn’t get my lug nuts off. I WAS THEN ISSUED A VERY VAGUE “REFUND SLIP” , AND TOLD THAT IT WOULD TAKE 2-4 WEEKS FOR THE MONEY TO BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD—“ IF YOU DON’T SEE THE MONEY REFUNDED TO YOUR CARD AFTER A MONTH, GIVE US A CALL.” I then drove 1.5 miles to the nearest tire shop (Denny’s Tire) , WHERE THEIR TECH 1st BROKE EVERYLUG NUT LOOSE ON THE FRONT TWO TIRES WITHIN FIVE MINUTES , ONLY UTILIZING A 12” RATCHET AND SOCKET . A half hour later, I left Dennys Tire with the job completed… Still waiting for my refund from Mr. Tire…….
