Moms had a mishap, purely an accident and not a bit her fault, as soon as such was clear from the insurance company, they had Me Ma in a whip double quick time. Made My Mother feel right appreciated to have her concerns paid attention to, and into a vehicle quickly. Thankyou Enterprise for your time and consideration.

Reserved a car for a business trip. Received a call from this branch the morning of my pickup date. The agent stated “we are out of cars, don’t intend to have anything available until Wednesday” ok. I follow up on Wednesday and was given the same spill but “maybe Thursday” this place is a joke! They know how to take the reservation, just haven’t learned how to provide a car for the reservation. STAY CLEAR, RENT ELSEWHERE!!!!!

The worst part and the main reason for a 1 star review is because of the lack of office workers. It seems there is always only 1 person in the office and a line of people waiting.

Easy to work with, kind and responsive, very respectful of my time and understanding of our situation.
