I was heading to Walmart and some how got a screwdriver in my tire, so I rushed to the Walmart auto as my tire was actively going flat (you could clearly hear it) there was 2 techs there working on 1 car-no other cars in the shop, I was patiently waiting to get the one gentleman's attention (felt like he was intentionally ignoring me) the other tech pointed out I was there and he reluctantly turned around (clearly annoyed) I explained what had happened and asked if there was any chance they could put a plug in it today and he told me No and didnt bother to look, didnt offer any advice or direction knowing my tire was actively going flat... So knowing I only had minutes to figure this out before it became a bigger problem (I dont have a spare atm) I called Mavis and Brian answered- I told him what happened and he got me in right away and was super kind to speak with even though they were closing shortly!! Im incredibly greatful 🙏 The services was quick and super professional! I definitely will be going to Mavis in Honesdale for my tire needs in the future!

But the guys at Mavis where great! Staff was friendly, curtious, and service was done in no time! The waiting area was extremely clean as well. Would absolutely recommend them!

They took me in at the scheduled time and finished up the car in about a half hour. Going forward these guys are my goto. Thanks again!
