  I spoke with a salesman about a new Jetta GLI. The salesman said they had one in stock that I could test drive. I explained that I lived over one hour away and he assured that the Jetta GLI would be available. I walked into the dealership to learn that they had no Jetta GLI. I suspect the salesman just told me what I wanted to hear to get me in the showroom, Trust is unfortunately now irreparable.
