  Tammie was wonderful. Everyone was polite & helpful. My car needed the recall attended to - it took from 8/10 to 8/27 to replace. Wrong part was received & had to wait for correct one. They loaned me a nice sporty Volkswagen GTI. Nice ride but I sure was happy to get my Corolla Cross back. Thank you!

  Had a factory recall on my RAV and spoke to Tammy to arrange service and ask that her colleague fix my tire that had a slow leak. Mission accomplished . Tammy’s kindness on the phone and in person is an asset to Fiore’s . Appreciate the technician taking care of business too! Thank you

  Went into Toyota service today with my truck — lady was putting snacks out and was chatting with customers there— I didn’t know how to use the coffee maker and she showed me how to use it — I’m retired military -when I was leaving she thanked me for my service— she was very kind and is a great asset to your company.

  Went in for scheduled maintenance and couldn't be more impressed with the toyota service, and Fiore in general. From the buying experience to our first service here this has been a great experience. They COMMUNICATE, we got updates and quick assistance. Pickup was seamless, price was more than fair, and the service was well above expected. Highly recommend to any auto owner regardless of manufacturer!

  Took my Tacoma in for inspection and a rattle from the back along with a random chirp from the front. They drove it approximately 2 miles, and charged me 164$ to lift it up and see I had a turndown tip. Never checked the ANC/ECS, heat shields, hangars, ECT. As for the chirp there is T-SB-0016-26, “HVAC Magnetic Clutch ‘Chirp’ Noise Upon Engagement,” dated February 26, 2026, which applies to 2024–2026 Tacoma vehicles. They never checked it, not hard to do some research and test. Very disappointed with the “service” provided. Even emailed them to take it back in but no response. I will definitely be calling Toyota of American and not going back to this dealership. All around suggestion is find another place to take your vehicle, and definitely don’t buy from there. Salesman said I couldn’t get my truck for less than $850 a month with 8K down…went elsewhere and got it for HALF of that. Very dissatisfied with this place.
