  Love coming here! Everyone is always so nice and the service is fast! I travel alot for work so planning oil changes is challenging I love that you can come in when it works for you and they get you done very quickly!

  Im a medical courier ~ i put over 300 miles a day on my car ~ between oil chnages i always stop at our local Valvoline in Hershey ~ they check my oil and rires and top off anything i need ~ they all know me and i appreciate their kindness. I have brought cookies many times to them to show my appreciation

  Not up to what I expected and have experienced for years of using Valvoline as my go to oil change service station. They forgot to check the lights, filters and tire pressure. They didn’t do the traditional call outs to the other staff about the status of the service - which is one of the things I love about Valvoline. Just a really bad experience- which is unusual for Valvoline and even what I’ve experienced in the past with this location. I will go back and give them another chance bc maybe it was just a hectic day for them and things weren’t being managed properly.

  Oil change,,too much talking among employees. Not paying attention, put air filter back wrong, I fixed it,when I got home

  Oil change was good. They didn’t check tire pressure or any of the lights on my car. I thought that was routine procedure since every other time I was there these things were completed.
