  I got my oil change done on 7/2, drove home from work and didn’t drive again until 7/5. First, the mechanic put the wrong mileage on the oil change sticker (2,000 less than what my car was at). Second, when I went to drive again on 7/5, my oil light and check engine light came on and I immediately went to another Valvoline location to have them fix the problem. They discovered that my oil filter gasket was torn in half when they were redoing my oil change. This could have been catastrophic to my car engine, and I was extremely lucky to make it to the second Valvoline location before my car was irreversibly damaged. I will never pay $90 again at a Valvoline for an oil change.

  My wife went iin for an oil change and they tried to tell her that her a/c needed to be recharge and quoted her $180. I told her not to get it and I would check for her. Her car was fully charged. Either incompetence or lack of integrity.

  I always get great service at VIOC. The team is always courteous, informative without being pushy and quick to service my car.

  Team is knowledgeable and easy to work with. On behalf of their employer, they are good at suggestive selling but justify and are honest about urgency if needed.
