  Usually I have been pleased by the service at this location. But this time after driving 2 blocks post my oil change I noticed a great deal of smoke coming out of my engine. I assumed it was from oil spilled on the engine of my SUV so I returned to the garage. One of the attendants confirmed my suspicions. Turns out one of the other attendants had spilled the oil but did not tell anyone. The manager did apologize and used a hose to clean off as much of the oil as they could.

  Michael- the assistant manager was extremely rude upon entry to the bay. He was short and from that start tried to upsell. His customer service skills, especially for a manager, were lacking and if this is the person that the workers are supposed to be learning from….. shame on him. Additionally, he tried to tell me that my fuel tank was leaking….. I explained to him that I bought the car nearly a week prior and then he started making comments about “Kia being the cheapest brand one can buy”. I took my car into the Kia dealership where we bought it and they showed me under the vehicle, both myself and the mechanic were utterly confused as to where this leak was……. I have been to many valvolines, and never once thought I needed to fill out a survey because my experience has always been great, but Michael…… not so much!

  So I just want to start by letting everyone know this store partakes in illegal and unethical repair. I had a mechanic put an air filter that was too big on in my car, so he proceeded to punch my air filter cover to get it on(it’s on camera) and Valvoline is denying responsibility claiming their camera can see my clip prior to him punching it and that it was already broke. What a bunch of liars and cheats.
