  Mavis service guys are always so kind and great at explaining exactly what is going on with your vehicle and always get the okay before doing any work at all!! Love coming here!!! The front desk guys always have a smile on their face and are super helpful!!!

  I had a really great experience at Mavis Tires! The person who helped me was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable his name was nick. They did a great job with my car and took the time to help me understand everything and answer all my questions. I really appreciated how helpful and welcoming they were throughout the whole experience. Definitely recommend asking for them if you visit Mavis Tires!

  I got a screw in my tire, and arrived at Mavis 10 minutes before they closed. They didn't turn me away and repaired my tire. They were friendly and great service.

  I came looking for new tires, and in addition to the great prices and excellent service, I ended up choosing a bundle that includes tires, rotors, and brakes, plus alignment and balancing—all for a competitive price. On top of that, I also received a free general inspection with the service.

  This place not only had me sit two hours, Apparently after SIX YEARS of bringing the same vehicle to Mavis for inspection, they finally decided to start noticing things. This vehicle has been inspected and passed here six years in a row. Now, all of a sudden, they refuse to pass it because of a missing passenger-side mirror. If that’s been a Pennsylvania inspection requirement this entire time, I’d love to know what exactly was happening during the previous six inspections. So which is it? Were the previous inspections not being done correctly, or are the rules suddenly being enforced differently now? Either answer doesn’t exactly make Mavis look great. The best part is being a loyal customer for six years and getting absolutely zero benefit of the doubt or reasonable explanation for why something they’ve passed repeatedly is suddenly unacceptable. Thanks for six years of consistency followed by one year of apparently discovering the inspection manual. I’ll happily spend my money somewhere else from now on.
