  One of the worst car rental location. I booked a one way car from them online when I get to the pickup the car front desk people rude swung they don’t have any one way car but the lot is full of new cars. I made my reservation 2 days ahead they don’t even inform me that they don’t have any car available

  My experience with Enterprise was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I reserved a rental for 3:00 p.m. and arranged for them to pick me up from the auto shop where I was leaving my car for repairs. I even called the day before to confirm that everything was set. When no one showed up, I called the branch only to be told that I wasn’t even in their reservation system. I had to reschedule my car repair appointment because of their mistake. The following day, they finally delivered a rental, but the vehicle had a strong fish odor and was in poor condition. It also had multiple scratches on the driver’s side. I didn’t notice all the damage at first because the car had just been washed and was still wet when they handed it over. When I returned the vehicle, the employee immediately pointed out a small dent on the hood that I had never noticed during my rental. It was so subtle that I couldn’t even see it until he pointed directly at it. He then said he had to file a damage report and started asking me where I had been the night before, mentioning that it had supposedly rained and hailed. That didn’t make sense to me because I checked with several people afterward, and they all said there had been no rain or hail that night. I genuinely believe I was held responsible for damage I did not cause. Enterprise charged me $300, and I felt like I was treated as though I was guilty without any real proof. The entire experience from the missed reservation and poor customer service to receiving a smelly, damaged vehicle and then being charged for damage I don’t believe I caused was frustrating and stressful. I will not be renting from this location again, and I would encourage anyone renting a vehicle to thoroughly inspect and photograph every inch of the car before leaving the lot. It could save you from going through what I experienced.

  Had to pay out of pocket because Enterprise doesn't take AAA or my Insurance Acurity company..but were very friendly and helpful..
