  Fantastic experience! We worked with Trace and couldn’t be happier. I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and I left with the car of my dreams! He went above and beyond, was patient helpful and very understanding. Would recommend this dealership to everyone!

  After buying a 2022 Mazda CX 30 on Carvana, I needed to get an inspection. I took it to another place to get it inspected not realizing that my car had wheel locks and I didn’t have the key. I went to Mazda to see if I could get a replacement key which they could not. However, they were so nice and accommodating that they were able to squeeze me in to get the inspection done, which was complementary, and they replaced the wheel locks with just regular lug nuts, which was absolutely fine with me. I had walked in there, not expecting to get an inspection done so I had left everything in the car and as I was waiting one of the service managers had actually brought my coffee inside for me so I had it while I waited. You hear occasionally horror stories of dealerships, but my first impression of taking my car there and not even buying it from them was that they were so welcoming, accommodating, and just really overall really nice. I was so impressed with them I will definitely take it back to them for my next service.

  I had an amazing experience with Trace at Hazleton Mazda. He helped me find the exact car I wanted and was professional, genuine, and transparent throughout the entire process. After dealing with other dealerships that had hidden fees, sold cars right before my scheduled appointments, and treated me like just another number, working with Trace was a huge relief. He went above and beyond to accommodate my late work schedule and made sure my time was respected. The car itself was in immaculate condition, and the moment I saw it, I knew it was the one. The general manager was an absolute angel as well. Everyone at Hazleton Mazda made the experience feel welcoming and stress free. It truly is a one-of-a-kind dealership with a real family atmosphere, honesty, and joy! I can’t recommend Trace and Hazleton Mazda enough- make this your first stop in buying a car :)
