  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. Before and after my initial visit, communication was very poor. I called and made an appointment for a second visit to come and purchase a specific truck. I was told it would be pulled out front and ready for me when I arrived. When I got there, I found out the truck wasn’t out front for me at all. Another salesperson had shown it to another party about 30 minutes before I arrived, and they ended up buying it as I was sitting at the sales desk mid way through the purchase. This entire situation showed a lack of communication. I wasted two hours driving for something that could have been prevented by explaining to me the situation on the phone call. I waited to write this review because another salesman came out and said he’d work double down with the other salesman to help me find a truck but I haven’t heard anything since. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

  Felicia is amazing with her customer service skills, I have gotten brakes, tires & inspections done here on my Ram 1500 Big Horn. She makes sure things get done correctly, efficiently and in a timely fashion. Would recommend for anyone looking for good professional work, you will be pleased and satisfied with the service!

  Hunter explained everything needed and gave me the choices of what I felt was urgent. He also was able to work with the warranty group for items still covered

  This was my first time at this dealership and it was an exceptional experience. Michelle was my sales person and she did an excellent job. She was very helpful and accommodating. She made sure everything was ready for me for my purchase and it all went smoothly. I will definitely be a returning customer.
