We recently purchased a vehicle from Blaise Alexander in Hazleton. It was one of the best experiences in the past 40 years. Raul was very knowledgeable on the 3 cars we were looking at. He answered all of our questions. The other staff were wonderful as well. We highly recommend that Blaise Alexander in Hazleton be you 1st stop when looking for a vehicle.

My partner’s pickup had a major fuel pump issue that stranded us in the middle of returning home from a family vacation. Blaise Alexander’s service department, Felicia specifically, hustled to get us back on the road. She was caring, empathetic, and kept the service process moving as quickly as possible so we were not stranded for longer than we needed to be.
She followed up once we were home to ensure the truck was still running right as rain. A+ service and much appreciated assistance.

In March we visited this dealership to purchase a truck we saw online. We live 3 hours away. The truck smelled like cigarettes. We negotiated a deal and asked them to get rid of the cig smell, take out 5th wheel brackets in bed of truck, and wipe down interior. During our visit multiple employees said that their GM was pushing to sell 100 cars in a month and were all scrambling to do that. While signing our paperwork salesman said things like "and this is the part where usually we'd write in all the stuff we promised and agreed on but you trust me right?" He also repeatedly told us that we had to set up Onstar for him to get paid. We agreed to the truck being dropped off next day after ionizer was used for the smoke smell, the brackets removed and wiped down. The next day they tried pushing delivery to the following day due to them being slammed with trying to sell so many vehicles before the months end. We insisted he stick to the arrangement, and the truck was delivered later that night around 6pm. We noticed the truck reeked of cigarette smoke and told the driver. Also checked bed of the truck and brackets still there. We reached out and were met with annoyance. We drove to town to pick up food and noticed a sound in the engine area. Contacted salesman and were told to bring it back to Hazelton (3 hrs away). We asked if we could bring it to our local Blaise. We worked with the sales manager that we bought multiple vehicles from. Issue was solved with smoke smell. We let them know about the noise and after investigating were told GMC deemed it normal engine noise. During this we reached out to salesman and tried to speak to sales manager and were ignored but were reminded to set up Onstar so salesman got paid. I ended up calling the dealership multiple times and finally after a week sales manager called me. After a few months the noise got worse. Louder grinding in the engine. We contacted our local Blaise Chevy and brought the truck in. No idea what noise was and for them to look into it could cost us an unknown amount of money and could potentially have truck months. We were told to drive the truck until the noise got worse. They suggested we reach out to Hazelton about trading the truck in. We contacted the sales manager and tried to figure out what to do. After going back and forth with my husband he had Ray, the GM, call us. We were offered to bring the truck back to Hazelton to be worked on (I asked for loaner) or find an equal trade. We asked Ray multiple times for numbers to know what parameters to stay in. Was supposed to send email cost sheet, never happened. He verbally gave my husband an amount to stay within. We agreed to the loaner and went to pick up our GMC from the Blaise Chevy dealer it was at. We were told by Blaise Chevy they had a truck to show us. We tried running numbers, we couldn't do an equal trade within Rays parameters. My husband tried talking to Ray and explaining they were aware of this issue from the day after we bought this truck and that we thought they should do more to make this right. Ray told us we would profit not them and needed to know what to do with his driver. We looked at numbers ourselves and figured out Hazelton was profiting off our two trades and we would be in the negatives. Long story short we now have a new truck from Blaise Chevy with a larger payment, higher miles and a longer loan term because we did not feel comfortable working with Hazelton anymore. We felt like too many issues were going unaddressed and was worried about our issue with the engine actually being fixed. We are very disappointed that a dealership with the Blaise Alexander banner would treat their customers this way. We have bought all of our vehicles from our local Blaise and have never had a single complaint until now. This dealership in Hazelton is definitely a disappointment and only concerned about making a profit and not about the customer relationships they're potentially making.

Blaise Alexander in Hazleton was great to work with when I had an unexpected breakdown and needed help. The Service Manager Hunter Berger was particularly exceptional and gained my trust quickly, keeping me informed and communicating details at every step from diagnosis, through repairs and pickup. He gave me reasonable expectations and then exceeded them. The service technicians also did great diagnosing the problems and making necessary repairs. I would not hesitate to use Blaise Alexander in Hazleton again. Nice to have this trust in a dealership.Thank You
