  Cannot recommend Blair enough! Working with Blair Crew been an amazing experience. He’s incredible thorough and a strong advocate. Blair is a no-pressure, patient associate who will send you highly detailed videos and pictures of the vehicle before you even get to the dealership. I hope to work with him again in the future.

  Not a good experience. Lot is over filled, no room to park, Sales does not listen. Good luck. Got stuck in the parking lot. Mr Softy Truck in a one way lane.

  Visited the dealership as I’d heard good things about Lexus and bought many other brand vehicles before and never tried them until now. We were immediately greeted at the door by a salesmen who asked what we were looking for. I told him I wanted a plugin hybrid and he listened to what my specifications were and immediately showed us the exact options we wanted. They had everything onsite which was great. We went of a test drive and the next thing we know we have the keys and off we go. The service from start to finish was great. After nearly 6 months of ownership the car has been great. There are only two things the RX could improve on and that is that it should have soft close door closing especially as the doors are electric anyway. The other is the Mark Levison sound system is rubbish, the bass is no existent. Lexus needs to change to B&W or Harmon Kardon.
