  I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Wilkie Lexus dealership. I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 PM and drove all the way from Brooklyn, NY to Haverford, PA in nearly 100-degree weather to purchase a car. When I arrived, I was told that the vehicle had already been sold the previous night. What makes this even worse is that no one from the dealership bothered to call, text, or email me to cancel my appointment or even give me a heads-up. They knew the car was gone, yet they still let me waste hours driving there for nothing. This was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. They wasted my time, my gas, my tolls, and my entire day. A simple phone call would have prevented this entire mess. I expected far better from a Lexus dealership

  An overall excellent experience! Our Sales Consultant, Roy Rottenberg made the entire process a seamless experience, explaining in detail the sales process and listening and responding to all our questions. Having purchased a number of cars over the years, the staff at Wilkie Lexus easily comes in first as far as allowing me, the buyer, to look positively on my car buying experience.

  I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new car at Wilkie Lexus. Sherif Bassyouni was a great sales consultant and made the process seamless from start to finish. He found the exact vehicle I was looking for and answered all of my questions quickly. He gave a thorough explanation of all the car's features, and his initial price estimate was completely accurate. Sherif provided excellent, professional service. Highly recommend Wilkie Lexus and their Team!

  Recently visited Wilkie Lexus. My sales consultant Duy Tran was very knowledgeable about the RX350 I was interested in. Duy was not only knowledgeable but very professional and a pleasure to work with to close the deal. This is my second purchase with Wilkie Lexus and I highly recommend them as an outstanding dealership.
