We had a great experience at this dealership and walked out with a BEAUTIFUL new 2026 Toyota 4Runner SR5. John Rivera was our sales associate and was very informative and respectful of our time. We told him exactly what we wanted and he didn't try to push any unnecessary bells and whistles. We will continue to go to Peruzzi for the best auto deals!

We recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from Peruzzi, and while we love our new family vehicle, our purchasing experience was rather stressful and unpleasant. Over the past 25 years, we have purchased eight vehicles from this location, most of which we financed and paid off directly with Toyota Financial. When we informed our sales associate about our previous purchases, he contacted his manager, a tall, lean gentleman (I can't remember his name). He came over and told us that the best he could do was knock off $200 from the payment. His explanation felt condescending, as if he assumed we didn’t understand what he was saying, which felt quite demeaning. We didn't come in expecting anything beyond what we could afford. Afterwards, we were shown several vehicles and ultimately decided on the Sienna. Once we signed and brought it home, we noticed some cosmetic damages that were very apparent but had not been discussed with us and were not on the Carfax report. Additionally, the car was sold to us as an 8-seater, but we couldn't find the 8th seat. We initially thought it was folded in somehow, but it turned out to be a separate attachment that was not included. Furthermore, we were not provided with the carpets that usually come with a nearly new car. What was disheartening was that the sales associate asked us to come in one afternoon to discuss these issues. We took a half day off from work, only for him to inform us that he couldn’t help and asked us to return the next day. When I came back, I was told that he wasn’t working that day. At this point, I had taken 8 hours of PTO just to figure out why we didn’t have these missing accessories. The next day, I had my mom take off from work to help, and we were informed that we would have to pay extra to receive those accessories. This was completely unacceptable. Ultimately, they did provide us with the seat that belonged in the car and new carpets, but at what expense? I recommend that they provide adequate training to their sales associates. If you're a customer, I'd advise bringing someone knowledgeable about vehicles who can help you ask the right questions, as the business may not have your best interests in mind when it comes to making an informed decision for your purchase. Vehicle purchasing can be a daunting experience for most people and a substantial financial commitment, and having inexperienced staff can add to the stress. Also, don’t expect any added perks for being a loyal customer. If you don’t like the car, I suggest looking elsewhere. Focus on the vehicle rather than the dealership. I would like to give a shout-out to Molham Elsayed for his assistance during this process. Please ask for him the next time you visit Toyota.

My wife and I purchased a 2023 Highlander here after our 2019 was totaled. We came to look at the car, and it had 5,000 more miles on it than advertised because the general manager had been using it as his personal vehicle and evidently driven it quite a bit in the 2 months Peruzzi had it. We test drove it anyway because it's what we wanted and we also needed to replace the totaled family vehicle. We moved forward with the purchase. A couple of days after getting it home, I realized it was due for an oil change because they had done it when they took possession of the vehicle, but then their GM put 5,000 miles on it. (No, I don't do 10k change intervals). I decided to change the oil myself, and discovered the firewall was caked in mud. As part of the negotiation, Peruzzi agreed to install a trailer hitch receiver. I received a call the following Wednesday that the hitch receiver parts were in, and made an appointment for that Friday. We figured out the logistics of dropping the car off 7:30 that morning before work (Peruzzi is about a half hour from us) and then at 9:00 I received a call from the service manager that they did NOT, in fact, have the parts in, just one of the plastic covers. The service manager threw his staff under the bus -- "I don't know what they're doing back there." I left a voicemail for the salesperson that sold us the car and said I was disappointed in the string of bad service - the exta mileage, oil change due, muddy engine bay, and now The wasted appointment. The GM called to apologize and offered to detail the engine bay and then drop the car off where my wife worked, which was a nice gesture, but still a huge inconvenience overall. A week later, I had not heard from Peruzzi. I emailed the GM, and who knows how long they had the parts, because he replied that they had them but "just needed to confirm all of the different components were there" -- in other words, it was forgotten. Eventually we did get the hitch receiver installed, and the work was fine. Meanwhile, I had ordered OEM Toyota automatic transmission fluid from Peruzzi on 6/28 to be shipped to me. I never received it and had to pick it up myself at the trailer hitch appointment on 7/31. There was no single egregious incident here, but every single interaction sent a clear message that customer service was not a priority. I wasted a lot of time with this dealership. The reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because Eric, our salesman, was very nice and helpful. Others at Peruzzi should be more like Eric.
