I visited Peruzzi Toyota about a week ago to look at a Toyota Tundra. My salesperson, Eric Reese, provided expert advice, offered me a great lease deal, and was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process, allowing me to pick up the truck today. All in all, it was an outstanding experience buying a car from this dealership.

It was my easiest car buying experience so far in my life. Sage was super helpful. He knew I came in for the car I wanted and did everything he could to make sure it was my new car before I signed anything. Evan was super helpful even after everything was paid for when he found out that we're having issues with getting our insurance in line he got them on the phone so fast it was like a TV show with us both talking to the same people at once.
I was very pleased with my car-buying experience at Peruzzi, from a friendly greeting when I arrived, to the genuine handshake when I left with my new car. But I especially want to point out my sales person, Eric, who made the experience a “10” with his efficiency, knowledge, wonderful personality, and going above and beyond in helping me. I’ll definitely be back to Peruzzi for my next car!

Recently purchased another car from peruzzi in hatfield, my family has purchased many cars in tbe past 15 years from peruzzi, always great service.
We always ask for John Rivera, he is the very best very knowledgeable salesman and always shows respect to my family and me, if you go to peruzzi ask for John R.

“ I came to this dealership looking for a reliable car and got handed a lemon. I got a Honda Accord back in March. Since the weather was cold at the time it wasn’t apparent to me during test drive that the AC system was not working. There was no way of telling it was non functional given the temperatures. I later realized the same evening I drove off the lot with the car that the AC wasn’t working and immediately reached out to the salesman who said everything had been inspected before I got it. I brought the car back for it to get inspected twice in 2 weeks from the sale and I was told it would be thousands extra in repairs to fix. The only other option that was proposed as an attempt to make up for the inconvenience was that they could put me in something else similar that I A) wasn’t interested and B) was several thousand dollars more expensive than what I paid for the Accord. They offered no way of getting the down payment back; just for reference I paid 80% of the car’s total value on the down payment. Given that nearly 100% of the car being paid off in full I would have liked to see an effort to attempt to make up for the inconvenience or simply fixing the AC when we were told during test drive and prior to the sale that the car had just been inspected and had no significant issues. Just a very poor experience overall and very disappointed that as the paying customer our needs were not being met especially on a car that we basically already paid in full. Request a third party inspection before buying any used cars from this location or you will be left making lemonade out of that lemon.
