I called the number listed on google maps and eventually it said I needed to go online and disconnected me. I went online and eventually it said I needed to call. I tried the text option and never got a reply. I tried the AI/bot option and it led to the endless phone disconnect. I love this site on Eisenhower Blvd but I absolutely hate Safelite's customer disservice and I'll never use them again. It's not worth the hassle.

I also appreciate that he took the time to explain the repair and what it included and how long it would take. He was super efficient only took about 20 minutes. I’m very happy with my windshield repair and new wipers! He also wiped down all of my windows and mirrors which was unexpected, but I very much appreciated that!
