He got everything tied up in a timely manner and the work was professional start to finish. Couldn't be happier with his work and the insurance company using Safelite.

When reassembling the trim around the windshield, the tech pinched the windshield washer hose. It would not work, so I had to take my time and expense to return to the shop for them to fix their poor workmanship. When I express my displeasure, the woman at the window blew if off and did not seem to care about the poor quality or my time to return. I would not use them again. Also, I DID A REVIEW OF THEIR WEB SITE AND IT IS NOT THERE. IS THAT HOW THEY HAVE SUCH A HIGH REVIEW. POOR QUALITY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
