  We reserved a 22' moving truck back in May to trek a 1300 mile trip from Harrisburg to Minnesota. Two+ months later they didnt have a 22'. They told us on the day of pick up that we would have to take a 26', because the 22's are hard to come by. We were packing the truck the next day, so we were forced to take it. Im fairly inexperienced when it comes to diesel, air brakes, and just a pretty massive truck, so I wasnt really keen on it, but we accepted. I drove the truck 1300 miles, and it went pretty smooth, but I wouldnt want it another foot larger. The steering is a bit snakey on certian road conditions such as uneven pavement, crosswinds, etc. It seemed to amplify imperfections in the road. Perhaps all big diesel rigs are similiar. The air brakes were fine once I got use to them. Overall, the truck was very capable, comfortable, and reliable. (2023 international 111,000 miles) Nice looking truck, and a fine runner. I did okay, I just felt like I was swimming in the deep end of the pool as they say. The two guys we dealt with were very professional, and pleasant to deal with. They also gave us a slight discount for the inconvenience of not having the truck we ordered, which they should have. We would use these guys again. Overall, they did okay, as they made it as right as they could. Many businesses today do not care about customer satisfaction at all with their "take it or leave it" attitudes. It was good to see a professionally ran place for a change.

  I'm not quite sure how but these guys screw up absolutely everything from timing to calling you when your vehicle is finished. And they're consistent about it! It's so very frustrating when you have to rely on these people to fix your truck. The only thing you can count on is that it's going to be all screwed up. I don't give this review lightly this has been going on for years two different jobs. I wish they would get it together and do all the little things correctly. It's not that hard guys.
