  Traveling out of state called to see if they could just reprogram the tpms sensors on a 2022 Silverado Team member Brad aka Mr ungrateful decided we were not important enough for his time. Little did he know we were traveling for business and our other fleet truck needed tires. Lost out on that one Brad. Shout out to Firestone Complete Auto Care for taking care of us and getting that up sell.

  Have been here twice and had excellent experiences both times! Everyone I’ve ran into that works here is so kind and helpful, and very friendly. I came in to get a tire patched and it was so sick to have the guys offering to explain things to me without sounding patronizing or as if they were anything but open to sharing what they knew! Came in a second time for tire disposal and it was so quick and easy, had help unloading and all. Just good people, great spot in our community. Thanks again Monro team!

  Huge shoutout to Dakota and Trishal. Had an emergency with my brakes and they took care of me. Great service and great knowledge of what they are doing. Will definitely come back for service. Appreciate you both.

  Dropped off my wife while I went to work, wife said as she waited for her car to be done. Manager and some of the service techs would make conversation and all make jokes with her while she waited. She felt like it was like a family oriented shop and she said she would definitely have this be a primary shop for her and me to get our vehicles worked on. And we needed a shop to come to that we can trust since we just moved into the area. I think this will be it.
