- MVMO VEAug 28, 20265.0The Mavis Discount Tire staff is amazing. They were friendly, fast, honest, and helpful. I was on a roadtrip when my plugged tire went flat again. Mavis was highly recommended by a local auto shop, so I scheduled an appointment through their website. I planned to use my spare tire, but Nolan called me and after a quick evaluation assured me it was safe to drive my car there since my tire was still holding air. I was expecting to either pay a couple hundred dollars for a new tire in case they wouldn’t repair a plugged tire or just pay for the repair service. Instead, the team determined they could replug it and added a patch from the inside for better security. To my amazement, it was free of charge. Not only were they very kind, they were Good Samaritans to help me get back on the road so quickly. Thank you to Nolan & the Mavis Team! You are greatly appreciated!

The guy on the phone was so kind and understanding, I wanted to come on here and mention it. Just a quick experience calling this place left a lasting impression, he's a keeper!

They took the car right in, checked it out and replaced a plug just before they were closing. Quick, efficient and friendly! Definitely appreciated their professionalism and service.
