  They were a little behind when I arrived for my appointment. But for the little wait fixed my flat for no charge! Good people!

  Scheduled an early morning appointment for new rear brakes and rotors, as well as four (4) new tires, followed by an alignment. I did not expect a warp speed turnaround time on all of the work I’d scheduled, and I am actually SO GLAD that I stayed at the location instead of just dropping my car off and leaving. There were a few hang-ups, the first being that the tires I’d ordered were not there yet, and Nolen quickly fixed that situation, with a nicer tire at the same price. The other issue, honestly, I don’t know what I’d have done if Brandon (so good!!) hadn’t spotted one specific problem with my front drivers side sway bar. It was completely snapped. My car literally passed inspection at Dales Automotive not even a week prior…which was terrifying to know after seeing the mess that was under my car. Nolen had the parts brought right over, and Brandon installed and finished up all of the work. My car is like a completely different vehicle now! The prices were VERY competitive, to say the least…and not once did I feel confused or worried about my vehicle OR my money. I waited a few days before leaving my review, just to be sure I wasnt reacting only out of premature adoration for the help they gave me, and my car is still running like a dream, I have zero complaints whatsoever, and I would/will recommend this crew to anyone who will listen to me. I look forward to seeing them again for minor things like oil changes, etc. Their services AND support are far above any place I’ve ever “trusted” to do the right work on my car. (Faulkner Subaru and Dales Automotive) I am so thankful!! So happy!! Thank you again Nolen & Brandon!!! You are both shining stars in my eyes!

  Nolen went above and beyond to save the day, I live over an hour away from Harrisburg so when I discovered a screw embedded in my tire in the middle of the city I was a bit worried. This gentleman got the car in and patched in record time though and did it with a smile.

  I recently had my car serviced here for an oil and filter change. Today, I had to take my car to the dealership for a software system update and they offered a complimentary multi-point inspection. They sent me a video on their findings with the concerns with my vehicle. They checked under my car and pointed out an oil leak. They said that whoever has been changing my oil hasn’t been replacing the crush washer. They should replace it with every oil change but they keep reusing the same one. The washer is worn and leaking oil. Considering that I’ve been taking my car to Mavis for the past few oil changes, I am very disappointed and upset about this. I thought they could be reliable and trustworthy but they completely lost my trust. And they might lose me as a customer because this is just morally wrong to not do something so easy and that would ensure safety. They have been really lacking in customer service as well. There are other things I could list but my main complaint was catching the faulty crush washer. I need to speak to the manager to have this fixed. I’m hoping they will apologize and fix it right away.
