They are so transparent, take pictures of the vehicle's parts and problems, and they will give real advise on what to fix - while not being pushy to "do everything at once" at all! Their customer service is great, Joe is friendly, very responsive and checks in consistently. I would recommend Kinderman's to anyone who is looking for a new mechanic.
