  I have never encountered an employee as lazy, rude, and blatantly dishonest as Rao. This man is a total disgrace to customer service and has zero respect for paying customers. We paid for our shower service, yet Rao refused to do his job. He was sitting around talking on his phone the entire time. When confronted about why the showers were not cleaned, he pulled a complete lie out of thin air, claiming that showers 7, 8, 9, 1 & 4 were all "out of order." Upon checking, ONLY shower number 5 was actually out of order—the rest were completely fine and open! He simply lied to avoid doing his work. When I called him out on his lie and his phone addiction on the clock, instead of doing his job, he started talking trash, arguing, and had the absolute nerve to tell us to leave! Why should we leave when we PAID for this service? Your job is to clean the showers, not to make up pathetic excuses, talk nonsense, and disrespect customers who are paying your wages. Rao lacks basic decency, manners, and any sense of work ethic. He is completely unfit for this role. Management needs to deal with this immediately—this level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Unbelievable trash service

  If I could give zero stars, I would. The employee named Rao is the laziest, most arrogant, and dishonest worker I have ever seen. We paid for our service, expecting working facilities, but Rao refused to clean the showers and sat around talking on his phone the entire time. When we questioned him, he lied straight to our faces, claiming that showers 7, 8, 9, 1 & 4were all "out of order." When we checked, the truth came out—ONLY shower number 5 was actually out of order, while the rest were completely fine and open! He just made up a pathetic lie to cover up his laziness. When we called him out on his dishonesty and complained about his phone addiction on the clock, instead of doing his job, his attitude got even worse. He started talking trash, arguing, and had the absolute audacity to tell us to leave! Why should we leave when we PAID for our service? And it doesn’t even end there. Because we dared to complain about his laziness, he threw a fit, completely abandoned his post, and walked away to do outside cleaning instead—whining about why we complained about him! What’s even more pathetic is that no other staff member had the spine to tell him, "Hey, cleaning the showers is your actual job, go do it!" Instead, they let him run away from his duties. Rao lacks basic decency, work ethic, and any sense of professionalism. He is completely unfit to wear that uniform. Management needs to wake up and take immediate, strict action against this clown! Unbelievable trash service

  They just found multiple gas leaks at this Flying j it has been shut down for now, but what I find interesting they let the attached Perkins restaurant stay open.

  Very clean and very bright lit up parking lot for trucks. .. this is a great location to rest for the night safely
