    Great help at location, had a difficult situation with renting car in different city and had to extend rental for two more weeks. Everyone was extremely helpful and easy to work with

    My original reservation, made online, had to be canceled. The local team, Jesse and Krystal, reached out to me and explained the situation, then worked with me on a suitable solution. When I arrived on site, Will took care of me with white-glove service. He was personable, professional, and courteous. He walked me through the process efficiently and effectively, answering my questions and being highly responsive to a couple concerns. This goes to show that with a good team, a negative can be turned into a positive. People say first impressions matter and they do. But what matters most in any exchange or relationship is always the scene that comes next.
