  My experience at this location was hell. They discriminate on the card you use when it’s a form of currency, and we all know why. Money is money. The policies there are discriminatory and the agent was stuck up and arrogant too. Having policies is fine, but customers should be made aware via email or over the phone of those policies so we don’t waste our money and time going down to the branch. I would never ever return to this location again or use my money at businesses who are unethical and turn around to be condescending in that way. I went to another enterprise branch and had an excellent experience. I wont spend a red flag cent in establishments that act operate like that. They are not low in how they treat people. God bless.

  I would like to thank an employee AUSTIN for helping me with my reservation. He should be recognized for his hard work. He's dedicated to his job and you can really rely on him for anything. I had such a good experience in such a timely manner. Thanks AUSTIN!! I appreciate your help!!

  I love Enterprise and I only use Enterprise. They are the best in my eyes , kind , polite, and they do everything they can to keep you happy and and keep money in your pocket and give you the best deals possible

  This location has the best customer service of any car rental place I’ve ever worked with. Their entire staff is upbeat, friendly, and eager to help. River, the regional manager, was extremely thoughtful and helpful with a minor issue I was experiencing. And Austin was also great to work with- very friendly and enjoyable to chat with. Overall, I would strongly recommend this Enterprise location if you are in the Harrisburg area! The office was clean and the staff is exceptional.

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Austin at Enterprise. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, he came over to help me before I even had to walk inside. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. Excellent customer service like his is hard to find these days. Austin truly deserves recognition and honestly, he deserves a raise! Thank you for making my experience so pleasant.
