  Picked up the car it wasn't even detailed dirty on the outside as well as on the inside and then when I get home and flip up the back two seats that were laying down there is crackers paper candy wrappers popcorn never touched to be cleaned

  We’ve had a very bad experience with enterprise. We dropped our rental car off at the shop that was working on our vehicle, and when enterprise picked it up, apparently there was a crack in the windshield. They did not notify us of this until 5 days later. Unfortunately we did not think to take photographs upon dropping the car off, so we were forced to pay damages as we had no “proof” we did not damage the windshield. While we agreed to pay, we have faced major obstacles trying to pay. The damage team did not contact us until a week after we dropped the vehicle off. They contacted us via email requesting insurance information. I responded via email asking for total cost so we can determine if we will pay out of pocket or go through insurance. I have not heard back and it has been a week and a half. I have sent two follow up emails as well. My husband has called them (as I cannot call during the hours they are open due to being a first responder and not getting done work until enterprise is closed), and he was told he is not authorized to speak with them. In addition, Enterprise keeps charging my credit card, even now 2.5 weeks later, for tolls without any documentation of where/when the tolls were. I have not even received any follow up calls (unless they’re not leaving a voicemail). At this point we want to get this over with but aren’t receiving any communication. EDIT: The link they gave me to contact told me they can’t do anything. So very unhelpful and another example of the very poor communication I’ve been experiencing in dealing with this company.

  I called to make the reservation to be picked up at honda cioca collison center of harrisburg at 2:00. The guy that I talked to told me that he would set it up at 2:00. I dropped off my car at the collison center and had been waiting for 20 minutes. I tried to call them and they said someone is coming. After 10 minutes, they called back and said they set up the reservation at different place in Allentown. They could not pick me up now and it had to be rescheduled until tomorrow. I had to wait an hour to find the way to get home. Extremely poor customer service and completely irresponsible.
