  I called to make the reservation to be picked up at honda cioca collison center of harrisburg at 2:00. The guy that I talked to told me that he would set it up at 2:00. I dropped off my car at the collison center and had been waiting for 20 minutes. I tried to call them and they said someone is coming. After 10 minutes, they called back and said they set up the reservation at different place in Allentown. They could not pick me up now and it had to be rescheduled until tomorrow. I had to wait an hour to find the way to get home. Extremely poor customer service and completely irresponsible.

  I rented the Hyundai Tucson at the 112 N. mountain rd. Linglestown pa location. A young man took my reservation on 6/10/26 and I picked it up on the 12th. for a 3 day rental. Mr. Joel Jagroo allowed me to choose my rental vehicle, answered my questions and showed me the functionality points of the vehicle and made sure I had the owners card and insurance paperwork for the vehicle. Took our trip and Mr Jagroo received the vehicle back in. In all, this has been the best and smoothest rental transaction I have ever experienced. Mr Jagroo and the staff made renting this vehicle seem like no big deal.. when it could have been more complicated like it has been at other locations and other vendors. There is something Right going on at this location. I will definitely be dealing with this location exclusively from now on. Excellent Job!
